Role Summary

The Primary Design Engineer will perform engineering activities to design primary electrical systems/equipment within the HV/EHV electricity grid, switchgears and power plants. Prepare load lists for auxiliary services such as AC distribution system, DC distribution system and UPS/Inverter distribution system.
Possess familiarity with industry standards and codes such as IEC, IEEE, and local regulations.
Demonstrate proficiency in analysis tools like ETAP, DIgSILENT PowerFactory, or similar software.
Have substation, power plant and MV switchgear knowledge is mandatory.
Possess knowledge of load flow analysis and power system.
Possess knowledge of renewable energy integration, energy storage systems, and smart grid technologies.
Calculate the equipment sizing such as transformer, diesel generator, cable etc.
