You should have had a proven track record of producing pieces that increase engagement and drive leads. Your responsibilities:
• Creating concise, eye-catching, and innovative headlines and body copy

• Create content on e-books, podcasts etc.
• Promote content on social media
• Identify customers’ needs and gaps in our content and recommend new topics
• Ensure all-around consistency (style, fonts, images and tone)
• Update website content as needed
• Edit content produced by other members of the team
• Analyse content marketing metrics and makes changes as needed
• Collaborate with other departments to create innovative content idea
Skill sets/Experience we require:
• Proven work experience as a Content Writer, copywriter or similar role
• Portfolio of published articles
• Experience doing research using multiple sources
• Familiarity with web publications
• Excellent writing and editing skills in English
• Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems (e.g. WordPress)
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Knowledge of digital marketing tactics, including SEO, email marketing and web analytics
Pedigree:
• Bachelors/Masters in English, Journalism, Marketing or related field

Professional Experience with 5+ years in Confluent Kafka Admin
· Demonstrated experience design / development.
· Must have proven knowledge and practical application of – Confluent Kafka (Producers/ Consumers / Kafka Connectors / Kafka Stream/ksqlDB/Schema Registry)
· Experience in performance optimization of consumers, producers.
· Good experience debugging issues related offset, consumer lag, partitions.
· Experience with Administrative tasks on Confluent Kafka.
· Kafka admin experience including but not limited to setup new Kafka cluster, create topics, grant permissions, offset reset, purge data, setup connectors, setup replicator task, troubleshooting issues, Monitor Kafka cluster health and performance, backup and recovery.
· Experience in implementing security measures for Kafka clusters, including access controls and encryption, to protect sensitive data.
· Install/Upgrade Kafka cluster techniques.
· Good experience with writing unit tests using Junit and Mockito
· Have experience with working in client facing project.
· Exposure to any cloud environment like AZURE is added advantage.
· Experience in developing or working on REST Microservices
Experience in Java, Springboot is a plus
● B.Tech/M.Tech degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject
● Proven hands-on Software Development experience
● Strong proficiency in JavaScript and the JavaScript object model is a must.
● Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles
● Prior experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux)
● Familiarity with RESTful APIs
● Familiarity with HTML / HTML5 CSS/CSS3/ Bootstrap
● Mobile app development experience with Flutter/Dart is a big plus; or willingness to learn these technologies.

Responsibilities:
- PL ownership: Drive and ensure 100% achievement of the targeted sales numbers of the categories.
- Ensure Profitability by negotiating the best category margins, securing marketing support from brands, and focusing on delivering the budgeted top-line and bottom-line.
- Assortment planning: Ensure we have a competitive catalog compared to other players across brands and sub-categories globally.
- Customer Experience: Anticipate and create solutions for customer pain points. Should be able to resolve customer escalations and deliver on the expected NPS for the category.
- Category marketing: Create weekly, monthly, and quarterly calendars Have joint marketing plans signed off with partner brands, execute the plan in coordination with the internal team
- Operational efficiency: Work with cross-functional teams like CS, Finance, Sales to ensure a smooth functioning system and to be able to deliver on the required set of parameters measured across each function
Following skills are mandatory:
- 5-10 years of experience in global category roles, preferably digital categories like gift cards, perks, deals, experiences, loans, insurance, merchandise etc.
- Hands-on in Sales, Operations, Catalog and Category Management.
- Strong analytical aptitude in problem-solving, multi-tasker, critical thinker, and a tactical executioner with a proven track record of finding solutions to business problems.
- Good communication and team management skills.
- Engineering + MBA from reputed colleges would be preferred.
