JOB DESCRIPTION
We strongly believe that eventually, every company has to become a tech company. As our website is the face of our company, we must have a strong, organically top-rank website on google to survive & grow in the long term. Since SEO plays an integral part in this, we have decided to invest more time & resources into it. We are looking for an SEO Specialist to be a part of our growth story and we like your profile for it.
You'll be working as the SEO Team Lead, with the assistance of our 6 members tech team, 4 members' content team, and 1 junior SEO Analyst. You will be directly reporting to our Chief Growth Officer who's got more than 11yrs experience with SEO.
IDEAL CANDIDATE
- 3yrs+ experience in SEO (preferably in consumer tech, e-commerce, banking, financial services or education segments)
- expertise in Google Analytics/SEMrush/similar web analytics platform
- well-versed with Google Algorithm updates
- Very high attention to detail, obsessed with the details & spotting opportunities to optimize
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) & interpersonal skills and a very high sense of ownership and integrity

Skills & Experience We Require:
- Proven Experience: Prior work experience as a content writer, copywriter, or in a similar role.

- Writing & Editing: Excellent command of the English language with outstanding writing and editing skills.

- Gen Z Insight: Deep understanding of Gen Z preferences and the ability to tailor content to resonate with this demographic.

Pedigree:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.

Work with the vehicle intelligence platform to evolve the algorithms and the platform enhancing ride experience.

Provide data driven solutions from simple to fairly complex insights on the data collected from the vehicle

Identify measures and metrics that could be used insightfully to make decisions across firmware components and productionize these.

Support the data science lead and manager and partner in fairly intensive projects around diagnostics, predictive modeling, BI and Engineering data sciences.

Build and automate scripts that could be re-used efficiently.
