Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Maintain Dashboards & Reports:
- Design, build, and deploy Power BI reports and dashboards using data from various sources, ensuring they are intuitive and user-friendly.
- Data Modeling:
- Develop and maintain efficient data models using Power BI, ensuring data accuracy and performance optimization.
- DAX Queries & Calculations:
- Write complex DAX queries to implement calculations and business logic, optimizing the performance of Power BI dashboards and reports.
- Data Integration:
- Connect Power BI to various data sources (SQL Server, Excel, APIs, etc.) and work with ETL processes to transform raw data into usable insights.
- Performance Optimization:
- Optimize report performance through best practices in data modeling, query tuning, and Power BI report development.
- Collaboration with Stakeholders:
- Work closely with business users, stakeholders, and data analysts to gather and understand requirements, translating them into effective Power BI solutions.
Required Skills:
- Strong proficiency in Power BI, including Power Query, Power Pivot, and DAX.
- Experience with data modeling and performance tuning in Power BI.
- Hands-on experience with SQL, and the ability to write complex queries.
- Knowledge of ETL tools and processes.
- Experience working with different types of data sources (SQL, Excel, APIs).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like Azure or AWS is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Roles and Responsibilities
This role requires a person to drive the engineering of a set of products by aligning with business and product
stakeholders and building and upskilling a team to aid in this. The responsibilities include:
Business and product alignment and planning
- Work closely with business and product stakeholders to understand and align with product initiatives and iterations.
- Help shape the engineering requirement by aligning with the product manager and fleshing out concepts and user flows.
- Formalize business requirements into roadmaps and sprints.
- Product and system development
- Drive high level modeling and design for projects, also focusing on non-functional aspects, including but not limited to database design, communication protocols, deployment systems, etc.
