1. 2. Must have understanding and experience in SaaS technology and setting & enhancing up infosec policies and controls to secure cloud infra,data of saas ,IT infra, Code practices. with respect to NIST,SOC2,ISO 27000 series,CIS, MITRE,GDPR,OWASP,SANS frameworks.

3. Specialized on GRC (to carry required compliance certifications one by one needed for SaaS )as well as able to do ground work with respect to technical Setup, execution of the infosec related controls & activities such as Vulnerability assessment, SIEM & incident response, Cloud security, Data security in SaaS with respect insider data theft and outsider exploitation, code security ,pen testing and able to present it to management etc.

Your mission:

• Craft and implement data-driven CRO strategies, elevating website performance and boosting conversion rates.
• Collaborate with SEO & PPC teams, breathing life into underperforming blogs/landing pages for improved SERP and MQLs.
• Conduct qualitative & quantitative research, uncovering insights to enhance website metrics and MQLs.
• Team up with Content, Sales, & PMM to align messaging with customer pain points and keyword intent.
• Bring design/layout changes to life with the designer and developer, optimizing user flows.
• Execute A/B and multivariate tests, recording experiments and tracking their impact on conversion metrics.
• Collaborate with the sales team to revolutionize downstream conversions, devising creative plans for MQLs to SQLs and enhanced closed-won percentages.

• 3-4 years of experience with product development (.ASP.Net, C#.Net, WCF, MVC, SQL Server development applications, version control, CI/CD pipelines).
• Should have a strong online presence on different forums like stack overflow etc, Github etc.
• Excellent verbal and written skills. The ability to explain sophisticated architectures to engineers, product managers, and support & operation executives. You should also be able to write a proposal for your idea/solutions and take feedback from the team.
• Previous work experience at a product-based company or startup would be a bonus.
