About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and entrepreneurial Sales Intern who can help grow our CityHangAround marketplace platform by selling subscription plans, video marketing packages, and onboarding local businesses. Additionally, the intern will support business growth for Honeybee Digital by generating leads and acquiring clients for our digital marketing services.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys sales, networking, relationship building, and working with startups.

Key Responsibilities

CityHangAround

• Sell subscription plans to local businesses and service providers.
• Promote and sell video marketing packages to businesses looking to increase their online visibility.
• Identify potential leads through social media, local business directories, college networks, and online communities.
• Communicate platform benefits and convert prospects into paying customers.
• Build partnerships with local communities, organizations, and business groups.
• Onboard new businesses to the CityHangAround platform.

Honeybee Digital

• Generate qualified leads for digital marketing services including SEO, Social Media Marketing, Website Development, Content Marketing, and Paid Advertising.
• Reach out to potential clients via LinkedIn, WhatsApp, email, and phone calls.
• Schedule meetings and demos for the business development team.
• Maintain a lead pipeline and update sales activities regularly.
• Assist in proposal follow-ups and client relationship management.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
• Comfortable with outreach via LinkedIn, WhatsApp, email, phone calls, and social media.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Interest in sales, startups, business development, and digital marketing.
• Ability to build relationships and communicate professionally with business owners.

About the Role :

We’re looking for an experienced Technical Team Lead – Engineering Delivery to guide a cross-functional engineering squad comprising Flutter, Backend, QA, and occasionally Data engineers. This position combines hands-on software development with leadership, architecture, and Agile delivery ownership.

Required Qualifications :

• 6 to 9+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 2 to 3 years in a team or squad leadership role.
• Strong backend development expertise in Python, Django/DRF, REST API design, caching, queues, and WebSockets.
• Working knowledge of Flutter/Dart architecture and patterns (state management, navigation).
• Experience with CI/CD (GitHub Actions, Fastlane/Codemagic), containers (Docker), and AWS (EC2/ECS/ECR, S3, CloudFront, CloudWatch).
• Solid testing and observability practices using PyTest, Flutter tests, logs, metrics, traces, and alerts.
• Excellent skills in estimation, prioritization, and communication.

About the Role

We’re hiring a Full Stack Engineer who can own features end to end, from UI to APIs to data models.

This is not a “ticket executor” role. You’ll work directly with product, AI, and founders to shape how users interact with intelligent financial systems.

• Build and ship frontend features using React, Next.js, and React Native

This person is required for a 9-months contract, will work with our client, one of the largest & most reputed Footwear brands in India while being on the payroll of Benchkart.

• Proficient in PL/SQL coding. Having hands-on experience in writing databases, triggers, functions, procedures, packages, dynamic SQL queries.

• Strong knowledge of Oracle Forms and Reports(D2K). Having experience in developing complex forms and reports for end-user applications.

• Knowledge of APEX & Unix Shell Scripting as an additional Skillset.

What you need to have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a similar field.
• At least 5-10 years' experience working as a React.js Developer.
• In-depth knowledge of JavaScript, CSS, HTML and front-end languages. Knowledge of REACT tools including React.js, Web pack, Enzyme, Redux, and Flux, Vuejs, Angular++, Python and latest technology skills.
• Experience with user interface design. Knowledge of performance testing frameworks including Mocha and Jest.
• Experience with browser-based debugging and performance testing software. Excellent troubleshooting skills. Good project management skills.
