The ideal candidate should demonstrate the ability to work with stakeholders to discover effective workflows, generate clean and artful design elements, and transform them into intuitive and functional interfaces with focus on accessibility and user centered design while bringing passion, empathy and expertise to every engagement.

Responsibilities

● Collaborate - Upholding CXD process, collaborating with product management and engineering to define and implement innovative solutions.

● Craft - Creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and process flows to effectively communicate interaction, design ideas and building application UI toolkits.

● Construct - Conceptualizing original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks.

● Concentrate - Demonstrating attention to detail and problem-solving skills along with paying careful attention to staying on-brand.

● Convince - Presenting and articulating designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders.

Minimum Qualifications

● A well-curated online and/or print portfolio/case study demonstrating UX/UI design skills, curiosity, positive attitude and strong drive to learn from a fast paced environment.

● Proven UX/UI design experience for multiple platforms including desktop, mobile, tablet.

● Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction. Additionally experience in data informed and customer centric approach to design is key.

● Solid experience in creating wireframes, prototype, storyboards, user flows, and process flows.

● Proficiency in simplifying complex information through end-to-end experiences designs while co-creating with all the senior designers for smooth implementation.

● Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, tools, techniques, and technologies and their role in a commercial environment

● 4-7 years of relevant experience with a B. DeS/M. DeS in Visual Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, or related is an advantage.

● General understanding of the front-end development process, including HTML and CSS.

● Ability to speak fluent English is a must. Demonstrable proficiency in presenting your designs and selling your solutions to various stakeholders through clear communication is key.

Job Description:      

• Extensive experience in Appian BPM application development
• Knowledge of Appian architecture and its objects best practices
• Participate in analysis, design, and new development of Appian based applications
• Team leadership and provide technical leadership to Scrum teams
• Must be able to multi-task, work in a fast-paced environment and ability to resolve problems faced by team
• Build applications: interfaces, process flows, expressions, data types, sites, integrations,
• Proficient with SQL queries and with accessing data present in DB tables and views
• Experience in Analysis, Designing process models, Records, Reports, SAIL, forms, gateways, smart services, integration services and web services
• Experience working with different Appian Object types, query rules, constant rules and expression rules

• At least 6 years of experience in Implementing BPM solutions using Appian 19.x or higher
• Over 8 years in Implementing IT solutions using BPM or integration technologies
• Certification Mandatory- L1 and L2 a
• Experience in Scrum/Agile methodologies with Enterprise level application development projects
• Good understanding of database concepts and strong working knowledge any one of the major databases e g Oracle SQL Server MySQL

• Appian BPM application development on version 19.x or higher
• Experience of integrations using web services e g XML REST WSDL SOAP API JDBC JMS
• Good leadership skills and the ability to lead a team of software engineers technically
• Experience working in Agile Scrum teams
• Good Communication skills

Annual CTC: ONR : 1.5 LPA - 3 LPA

**Required Knowledge and Skills:**

- Basic understanding of income tax laws and regulations.

- Familiarity with the filing of income tax returns and audit reports.

- Knowledge of TDS-TCS returns and related compliances.

- Proficiency in using accounting software and tax filing tools.

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

**Qualifications:**

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.

- Prior experience or internships in a similar role will be an advantage.

- Professional certifications (e.g., CA Inter, CPA) will be a plus but not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Rewrite existing APIs in NodeJS.
• Remodel the APIs into Micro services-based architecture.
• Implement a caching layer wherever possible.
• Optimize the API for high performance and scalability.
• Write unit tests for API Testing.
• Automate the code testing and deployment process.

Skills Required:

1. At least 3 years of experience developing Backends using NodeJS — should be well versed with its asynchronous nature & event loop, and know its quirks and workarounds.
2. Excellent hands-on experience using MySQL or any other SQL Database.
3. Good knowledge of MongoDB or any other NoSQL Database.
4. Good knowledge of Redis, its data types, and their use cases.
5. Experience with graph-based databases like GraphQL and Neo4j.
6. Experience developing and deploying REST APIs.
7. Good knowledge of Unit Testing and available Test Frameworks.
8. Good understanding of advanced JS libraries and frameworks.
9. Experience with Web sockets, Service Workers, and Web Push Notifications.
10. Familiar with NodeJS profiling tools.
11. Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Git.
12. Good knowledge of creating and maintaining DevOps infrastructure on cloud platforms.
13. Should be a fast learner and a go-getter — without any fear of trying out new things Preferences.
14. Experience building a large-scale social or location-based app.

Responsibilities: 

• Identify complex business problems and work towards building analytical solutions in-order to create large business impact.
• Demonstrate leadership through innovation in software and data products from ideation/conception through design, development and ongoing enhancement, leveraging user research techniques, traditional data tools, and techniques from the data science toolkit such as predictive modelling, NLP, statistical analysis, vector space modelling, machine learning etc.
• Collaborate and ideate with cross-functional teams to identify strategic questions for the business that can be solved and champion the effectiveness of utilizing data, analytics, and insights to shape business.
• Contribute to company growth efforts, increasing revenue and supporting other key business outcomes using analytics techniques.
