Certification: CSA & CSSA mandatory

• 4.5 - 9 of experience in Pega Development with Pega relevant certification.
• Working experience in Pega PRPC and Pega layer cake structure, class structure rule resolution ruleset structure, portals views and harness components.
• Basic data storage and database query knowledge through Pega.
• Good knowledge around integration and exposure to REST and SOAP APIs.
• Good to have knowledge and experience on at least one Pega Industry framework.
• Should be able to track and manage own tasks.
• Should have very good verbal and written communication

Pega Developer:

Total Yrs of Experience: 6 to 7

Certification:

Job description:

Must

•            At least 6+ yrs experience in PEGA implementation

•            Hands on experience in OOAD, technical architecture definition

•            Working experience on database SQL programming , J2EE

•            Experience with BPM implementation methodology like SmartBPM, Scrum and onshore-offshore mode.

•            Experience with client facing management role at onsite/offshore

•            Experience with estimation

•            Experience with project planning, scheduling, risks/issues identification,

•            Experience in business development activities like proposal response, solution building, client presentation

•            Strong leadership and people management skill

Nice to Have

•            Knowledge on DSM, mobile Framework

•            Experience with App-server configurations, deployment in complex technical environment

Job Description: 

ServiceNow is a cloud-based platform that provides IT services management (ITSM), IT operations management (ITOM), and other business process automation solutions. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining applications on the ServiceNow platform. They have expertise in customizing and configuring the ServiceNow platform to meet the specific needs of the business. 

Responsibilities:

• Integration and Automation: Integrate ServiceNow with external systems, applications, and tools using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and scripting languages like JavaScript. Automate processes and workflows to streamline IT service delivery and enhance operational efficiency.
• Testing and Documentation: Develop test plans, perform unit testing, and assist with user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure quality and functionality of ServiceNow solutions. Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, configuration guides, and process documentation.
• System Configuration: Configure ServiceNow modules, tables, fields, forms, views, notifications, and other system components to meet business needs. Define and maintain data models, access controls, and user roles within the ServiceNow platform.
• Develop and maintain ServiceNow applications using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other scripting languages.
• Data Governance, Data Reporting, Service Now Dashboards development, ITIL Process Architecture, Regulatory Systems and documentation Exp.
• Create and manage ServiceNow service Catalog items, workflows, and catalog tasks. 
• Integrate ServiceNow with other systems and applications using APIs and web services. 
• Platform testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of ServiceNow applications and workflows.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to the ServiceNow development team. 
• Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features, releases, and best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science or a related field.
• A background in software development, engineering, IT business administration, Agile/SAFE, databases, or similar.
• Strong experience in Service Now CMDB Development.
• CMDB - API based data integrations, CSDM 4.0, Service Now Discovery and ITOM experience, Cloud - AWS, Azure Discovery, Service Mapping Exp, IRE Exp.
• Proven development and delivery of Security & Risk/GRC development in client environments.
• ServiceNow CIS certification in Risk & Compliance, GRC.
• Experience with key technologies relevant to ServiceNow integration solutions including SSO, SAML, SSL, Web Services, LDAP, JDBC, ODBC, REST, SCP, FTPS.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• ITIL Foundations Certification
• Quick learner, self-motivated and can work independently.
• Strong verbal, written communication skills and a collaborative problem-solving style.

Responsibilities:

·       Analyze, design and support implementation of business specific Pega solutions and/or framework

·       Responsible for implementing technical solutions on Pega 8.x

·       Ability to create reusable components that can be leveraged across the enterprise for providing top-notch user experience

·       Ability to translate complex business requirement into functional technical requirements using Pega Systems Smart BPM methodology and DCO tools

·       Good hands on implementing PEGA integration services using REST, SOAP, Email etc. Good understanding of PEGA case management features

·       Design and implement product features in collaboration with business and IT stakeholders

·       Design reusable components, frameworks and libraries

·       Ability to interact with business analysts and business team members to refine requirements, Use Cases

·       Perform all phases of software engineering including requirements analysis, application design, code development and testing

·       Work very closely with architecture groups and drive solutions

·       Participate in an Agile / Scrum methodology to deliver high-quality software releases

·       Design and develop innovative solutions to meet the needs of the business

·       Review code and provide feedback relative to best practices and improving performance

·       Troubleshoot production support issues post-deployment and come up with solutions as required

·       Mentor and guide other software/Pega engineers within the team

·       Experience with troubleshooting Production log files and performance issues

·       Responsible for unit testing more complex individual and team deliverables based on established test plans

·       Responsible for ensuring an efficient integration of programming deliverables timely builds and overall code quality

·       Contributes to the delivery of new applications and to the maintenance and enhancement of existing applications with shared responsibility for the technical issues

Experience and Qualifications:

·       Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, or Information Systems or Engineering is required, else in lieu, a demonstrated equivalence in work experience is mandatory.

·       Pega Systems Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA)

·       5+ Years of Experience on Pega PRPC (8.x/7.x versions) and Frame worked Case Management

·       In-Depth knowledge of Pega Upgrades, Integration, Performance Management and all Pega relevant Tools

·       Ability to negotiate and allocate resources appropriately for development and implementation

·       Excellent written, communication and presentation skills
