Skills and competencies:

Required:

·        Strong analytical skills in conducting sophisticated statistical analysis using bureau/vendor data, customer performance

Data and macro-economic data to solve business problems.

·        Working experience in languages PySpark & Scala to develop code to validate and implement models and codes in

Credit Risk/Banking

·        Experience with distributed systems such as Hadoop/MapReduce, Spark, streaming data processing, cloud architecture.

• Familiarity with machine learning frameworks and libraries (like scikit-learn, SparkML, tensorflow, pytorch etc.
• Experience in systems integration, web services, batch processing
• Experience in migrating codes to PySpark/Scala is big Plus
• The ability to act as liaison conveying information needs of the business to IT and data constraints to the business

- Experience comparable to DevOps SIRE providing SME-tevel application or platform support with responsibility for designing and automating operational procedures and best practices 

-Experience writing python and shell scripts to perform health checks and automations 

- Experience with Linux System Administration (preferably Red Hat)

- Hands-on experience with multi-tenant hosting environments for middleware applications (for example: centrally managed platform or infrastructure as a service) 

- Experience with implementing observabitity, monitoring and alerting tools 

- Excellent written and oral English communication skills. The candidate must write user-facing documentation, prepare and deliver presentations to an internal audience and effectively interact with upper management, colleagues, and customers 

- Independent problem-solving skills, self-motivated, and a mindset for taking ownership

- A minimum of 5 years of infrastructure production support or DevOps experience 

Additional Technical Skills 

Experience with broker-based messaging infrastructure such as Apache Kafka, IBM MQ (or similar technology like ActiveMQ, Azure Service Bus) including configuration and performance tuning 

Experience with public/private cloud and containerization technologies (e.g. Kubernetes) 

Experience with Agile development methodology, Cl/CD and automated build pipelines 

Experience with DevOps methodology (e.g. Phoenix Project) 

Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence and ServiceNow 

Experience working with JSON, XML, Google Protocol Buffers, Avro, FIX 

Experience with troubleshooting tools such as TCPdump and Wireshark

Experience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB and Redis interest and understanding of emerging IT trends 

Experience with system architecture design

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-3 years of experience in Graphic Designing
• Proficiency in design software like Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe XD and Figma
• Understanding of UI & UX design
• Experience in merchandise designing    

0 - 2  years of experience in business analysis and product development of mobile or web applications 
• Working with the stakeholders to formulate and define the Product Vision and Roadmap

Job Role:

• Responsible for component selection, design standardization, common library building.

• Experience in architecting the technical scale and scope of high volume, scalable enterprise software solutions including logical and physical landscape requirements with specific attention to design, development, and deployment strategies
• Capability to adapt, learn and work with multiple technology platforms. 
• Knowledge in Application Security including Information security principles & realization, OWASP & PCI DSS Compliance ( Security Design & Technology Skills )
• In depth knowledge and experience in large scale database management, data modelling and database design in RDBMS and NoSQL.
• Experience in recommending and implementing DevOps tools for enterprise projects.
• Capability to evaluate tools, technologies and processes, including assessing their strategic benefit in the solution.
• Willingness to work hands-on with engineers to review, troubleshoot coding problems quickly and efficiently.
• Expertise in following technologies – ASP.Net MVC, Web API, ASP.Net Core, Entity Framework, Entity Framework Core, ASP.Net Identity, REST
• Experience in implementing various application deployment models and monitoring the server infrastructure using industry standard tools.
• Experience in docker based deployment models.
• Experience in architecting, developing and deploying cloud based (One or more among AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) enterprise solutions.
• Experience in designing and developing micro-services based applications. 
• Experience in designing and developing solutions with TDD (Test Driven Development)
