● Configure and implement Informatica MDM Hub, including subject area models, base

● Design and build ActiveVOS workflows for data stewardship, exception handling, and

business process approvals.

● Collaborate with data stewards and business teams to define data standards, ownership

models, and governance rules.

● Integrate data from various source systems via batch processing, REST APIs, or

message queues.

● Set up and maintain data quality checks and validations (in conjunction with

Informatica Data Quality (IDQ)) to ensure completeness, accuracy, and consistency.

● Build and customize Informatica MDM User Exits (Java), SIF APIs, and business entity

services as needed.

● Support MDM data loads, synchronization jobs, batch group configurations, and

performance tuning.

● Work with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall data architecture and

governance standards.

● Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and documentation of technical designs

and user guides.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

● Experience with Informatica EDC and Axon for metadata and governance integration.

● Exposure to cloud deployments of Informatica MDM (on GCP, Azure, or AWS).

We're seeking an experienced POC Engineer to join our India HQ2 team. This critical role sits at the intersection of cutting-edge AI technology and enterprise customer success. What You'll Do

• Lead Technical Pilots and POCs: Design, architect, and implement end-to-end proof-of-concept solutions that showcase Blitzy's platform capabilities to enterprise customers
• Customer Collaboration: Work directly with Fortune 500 clients to understand their technical requirements, challenges, and success criteria for POC engagements
• Rapid Prototyping: Build functional demonstrations and prototypes that prove technical feasibility and business value, often under tight timelines
• AI/ML Integration: Leverage LLMs, agentic workflows, and multimodal AI capabilities to solve complex customer use cases

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering experience with proven track record in enterprise software development and production systems
• Deep expertise in AI/ML technologies, particularly with LLMs, agentic systems, and generative AI applications
• Strong background in building enterprise-grade solutions that have shipped to production
• Extensive experience with modern software architecture, including cloud-based platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Proficiency in multiple programming languages (Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, Go, Java, or C++)
