We’re now looking for a senior partnerships leader who can help us scale this impact through corporate alliances, sponsorships, and CSR collaborations.

Your Role & Impact

• Lead strategic partnerships across corporates, foundations, and CSR arms
• Build and close sponsorship & CSR partnerships across education, culture, and youth development
• Design long-term alliances with brands aligned to learning, NEP 2020, and social impact
• Own the end-to-end BD pipeline from outreach to relationship management
• Work closely with leadership to shape national and international collaborations

What We’re Looking For

• 5–10 years experience in partnerships, sponsorships, CSR, or institutional BD
• Strong exposure to education, CSR, media, events, or social impact sectors
• Proven ability to close high-value, multi-stakeholder partnerships
• Comfortable engaging CXOs, CSR heads, foundations, and brand leaders.

Position Overview: We are seeking a talented Video Editor with a strong background in editing YouTube videos and Shorts. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting engaging, high-quality video content that stands out on YouTube and other platforms. Your expertise will help us deliver visually compelling stories that resonate with viewers and drive channel growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit and produce engaging YouTube videos and Shorts from raw footage.
• Develop video content that aligns with our brand’s voice and goals.
• Collaborate with content creators, producers, and other team members to ensure video content meets project specifications.
• Optimize videos for YouTube, including titles, descriptions, and metadata to maximize visibility and engagement.
• Apply effective video pacing, transitions, and effects to create a polished final product.
• Maintain organized video files and adhere to project deadlines.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Video Editor with a strong portfolio showcasing your work on YouTube videos and Shorts.
• Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Canva etc).
• In-depth understanding of YouTube’s platform, including trends, algorithm, and best practices for Shorts.
• Ability to create engaging video content tailored for different audiences and platforms.
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Media, or a related field.
• Experience with motion graphics, animations, and visual effects.
• Familiarity with SEO best practices and video analytics.

As a Kafka Administrator at Cargill you will work across the full set of data platform technologies spanning on-prem and SAS solutions empowering highly performant modern data centric solutions. Your work will play a critical role in enabling analytical insights and process efficiencies for Cargill’s diverse and complex business environments. • Develop and recommend improvements to standard and moderately complex application support processes and procedures. 
• Review, analyze and prioritize incoming incident tickets and user requests.

7-10 years of experience, including 3+ years of lead experience, preferably working for a startup. The Creative Lead leads the design process including initial requirements definition and conceptualization with the Business Analysis teams and the project managers. A designer contributes to the evolution and improvement of the existing design   process. The Creative Lead also collaborates with the internal teams to develop creative strategy. • The roles and responsibilities of the Creative Lead include the following:
• Overseeing all digital projects and being responsible for the overall quality of the design deliverable.
• Directing the creative team in production of digital assets and other deliverables online and in prints.
• Communicating and creating an overall creative team vision by defining the direction and goals for the group.
• Setting and maintaining creative standards for the department
• Writing project creative briefs especially for web and mobile layouts (the train of thoughts)
• Adhering to compliance procedures and internal/ operational risk controls in accordance with all applicable regulatory standards, requirements, and policy.
