Job Title: CRM/ERP Developer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented CRM/ERP Developer to join our team and help us build and customize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development and experience working with CRM and ERP systems. You will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying custom modules, integrations, and enhancements to meet the specific needs of our organization and clients. Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within CRM and ERP systems.
2. Design, develop, test, and deploy customizations, extensions, and integrations for CRM and ERP platforms.
3. Customize and configure CRM and ERP systems to meet specific business needs, including workflows, user interfaces, reports, and dashboards.
4. Develop and maintain documentation for customizations, configurations, and integrations.
5. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to CRM and ERP systems, including data quality, performance, and integration issues.
6. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in CRM and ERP development and integration.
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, system administrators, and end-users, to ensure successful project delivery.
8. Provide technical support and assistance to internal teams and clients as needed.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
2. Proven experience as a Software Developer or Software Engineer, with specific experience in CRM and/or ERP development.
3. Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in CRM and ERP development, such as JavaScript (for CRM customization), C#, Java, or Python.
4. Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, or Zoho CRM.
5. Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle E-Business Suite, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or NetSuite.
6. Strong understanding of CRM and ERP concepts, including data models, business processes, and integration mechanisms.
7. Experience with web services and APIs for integrating CRM and ERP systems with other applications and data sources.
8. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
9. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
10. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
11. Certification in relevant CRM and ERP platforms is a plus.

Qualifications:

• M Tech/ B Tech/ BE/ MCA/ MS in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.

Summary:-
