Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

• Determining development requirements and developing work schedules for the team.
• Delegating tasks and achieving daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
• Champion the adherence and implementation of best practices, processes, and standards.
• Perform code reviews and mentor the team. Ensure code meets functional, compatibility and security requirements.
• Take on complex development tasks and execute them efficiently and effectively.
• Translate application storyboards and use cases into functional applications. Clearly articulate the solutions and get there in most efficient way 
• Design and develop UI and back-end features for the enterprise platform.
• Help design, build, document and maintain the platform
• Identify risks and areas of improvement and take steps to address the risks and ensure continuous improvement.
• Analysing existing operations and scheduling training sessions and meetings to discuss improvements.
• Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
• Provide timely updates to relevant stakeholders via reports and meetings.
• Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve the system, discover issues and deliver better value to the customer

Candidates Profile

• 4-6 years of hands-on experience developing complex enterprise software systems
• Hands-on experience refactoring code, writing modular reusable code and implementing microservices architecture.
• Proficient in system design and architecture best practices.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Experience with Linux based environments
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Java, Spring boot Framework, HTML, Javascript, CSS, Angular, MySQL,
• Proficiency in GIT, Jenkins, SonarQube, etc
• Familiarity with cloud-based deployment and architecture.
• Excellent technical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
• Knowledge and experience adhering to software development life cycle best practices including test-driven development (TDD), unit testing discipline, agile development, and CI/CD strategies. 
• An ability to translate real business problems into technical solutions. 
• Solid understanding of REST APIs
• Domain expertise in BFSI domain (more specifically Supply Chain Financing, dynamic discounting) is a plus
• Passionate about building quality software and scaling technology to meet the needs of tomorrow

We are looking for an experienced Java Full Stack Developer with

expertise in Angular to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate will

have a strong background in both front-end and back-end development, with a

focus on delivering high-quality, scalable, and maintainable software solutions. As a

Java Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and

maintaining software applications throughout the entire development lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, and maintain scalable and responsive web applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Angular.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
3. Implement and maintain RESTful APIs to support front-end and mobile applications.
4. Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices.
5. Work with UX/UI designers to implement visually appealing user interfaces.
6. Perform code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards.
7. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects and issues in a timely manner.
8. Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in Java and Angular development

Qualifications:

• Education criteria mandatory Btech/Mtech/MCA
• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with expertise in Java and Angular.
• Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with front-end frameworks such as Angular (Angular 6+).
• Knowledge of RESTful web services and API design.
• Familiarity with databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Version control systems (e.g., Git) and build tools (e.g., Maven, Gradle).
• Experience with agile development methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

• Design and develop high-volume, low-latency applications for mission-critical systems, delivering high-availability and performance.
• Contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle.
• Write well designed, testable, efficient code.
• Ensure designs are in compliance with specifications.
• Prepare and produce releases of software components.
• Build and deploy on to AWS
• Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies and presenting these for architectural review.

• Must have strong exposure working on Java Script 
  
• Proficient in Javascript frameworks (Vue Js / React Js) is a must
• Strong understanding of REST APIs
• Have experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM is a definite advantage
• Good understanding of asynchronous request handling, partial page updates, and AJAX
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as GitHub
• Good to have working experience on CSS pre-processor either LESS or SASS
• Good understanding of BEM (Block, Element, Modifier) methodology

• Experience with connecting or consuming API's (REST, SOAP, GRAPHQL)
• IPAAS/ETL experience is a huge plus. 
• An understanding of basic scripting. PHP is a plus
• Data modelling/data architecture/data warehousing experience
• Familiarity with CRM platforms

• Work with Product Management, Support, and Engineering to translate Customer business needs and product feedback into new solutions
• Assist the Sales teams in setting up prospective customers for success in on-boarding
