Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Java Full Stack Developer with strong backend expertise in Java and frontend experience in modern UI frameworks. The ideal candidate should be capable of designing scalable backend services and developing responsive user interfaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable applications using Java (8/11/17)
• Build RESTful APIs using Spring Boot / Spring MVC
• Design and develop frontend applications using Angular / React / Vue.js
• Work with relational databases like MySQL / PostgreSQL / Oracle
• Implement Microservices architecture
• Integrate third-party APIs and external systems
• Write unit and integration test cases
• Participate in code reviews and Agile ceremonies
• Ensure application performance, security, and scalability
• Work with CI/CD pipelines for deployment

Required Skills

Backend:

• Strong knowledge of Core Java
• Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security
• REST API development
• Microservices architecture
• Hibernate / JPA
• SQL & Database design

Frontend:

• Angular (8+) or React.js
• HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript
• Bootstrap / Material UI

DevOps & Tools:

• Git
• Maven / Gradle
• Jenkins / Azure DevOps
• Docker (Good to have)
• Kubernetes (Preferred)

Preferred Skills

• Cloud experience (AWS / Azure / GCP)
• Kafka / Messaging systems
• Redis / Caching mechanisms

Technical Skills Required:

• Frontend: Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React.js or Vue js.
• Backend: Hands-on experience with Node.js, PHP, or along with frameworks like Express.
• Database: Experience with relational databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL,
• Version Control: Familiarity with Git and Git-based workflows.
• Understanding of RESTful APIs and integration with third-party services.
• Basic knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms is a plus.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Proven experience working on full-stack development projects.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

- To analysis business requirements, prepare design and implementation recommendations and estimate development effort

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features

- Lead or participate in design reviews, code reviews and architecture evolution discussions

- Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability

- Work on bug fixing and improving application performance

- Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency

Required Skills

- Experienced with front-end programming language with React JS.

- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model.

- Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles.

- Experience with popular React.JS workflows (such as Flux or Redux)

Implement scalability measures to accommodate the growth of the RAG application.

Collaboration:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including frontend developers, data scientists, and product managers, to deliver high-quality solutions.

Participate in code reviews and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Python Backend Developer with expertise in building scalable applications.

Strong proficiency in Python and relevant backend frameworks (Django, Flask, FastAPI, etc.).

Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.

Solid understanding of database design and optimization.

Excellent collaboration and communication skills.

Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
