Job Overview:
We are looking for an energetic, people-oriented, and strategy-driven Outdoor Marketing & Campus Outreach Executive who will represent our brand at colleges, events, exhibitions, festivals, and public platforms. The primary responsibility of this role is to plan and strategise on-ground outreach activities, build strong relationships with colleges, and recruit Campus Interns/Ambassadors who will further engage students from their own colleges to create content for our platform.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting new people, traveling, planning outreach strategies, and promoting opportunities in a creative and impactful way.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and strategise on-ground marketing and campus outreach activities for colleges, events, exhibitions, and festivals.
* Visit colleges for events, exhibitions, and festivals to promote our internship programs.
* Identify and onboard college interns/campus coordinators who will act as a bridge between our company and their college students.
* Explain internship roles, content creation opportunities, and benefits clearly to students and faculty coordinators.
* Build and maintain relationships with college authorities, placement cells, clubs, and student leaders.
* Ensure onboarded interns actively approach students from their college to create content for us.
* Appear in front of the camera during events, exhibitions, and festivals for interviews, reels, promotional content, and brand representation.
* Coordinate with the internal team to share updates, progress, and feedback from the field.
* Maintain records of colleges visited, interns onboarded, and student engagement metrics.
* Represent the company professionally during all outdoor activities, events, exhibitions, and festivals.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Confident, presentable, and comfortable speaking and appearing on camera.
* Ability to strategise and execute on-ground marketing plans independently.
* Willingness to travel locally and work on-field.

c. Create internal insights and external positioning to help Instanodes stand out in a crowded Web3 infrastructure market.
3. Go-to-Market Strategy
a. Create GTM plans and playbooks for:
- New feature releases
- New blockchain integrations and chains
- Enterprise offerings and solutions
b. Collaborate with Product and Growth teams to plan launches, announcements, and campaigns.
c. Define target personas, use-cases, and adoption strategies for each release.
4. Sales Enablement
a. Equip the Sales and Business Development teams with clear, practical assets including:
- Pitch decks
- Battle cards
- Case studies
- Demo scripts
b. Train internal teams on product value, use-cases, and messaging.
c. Gather feedback from Sales and continuously improve enablement material.
5. Content & Website Ownership
a. Own product and solution page content on the website.
b. Translate complex technical features into benefits-driven content understandable by both technical and business stakeholders.
c. Ensure website messaging supports lead generation and conversion.
6. Cross-Functional Collaboration
a. Work closely with Product Managers to understand roadmap and capabilities.
b. Align with Growth/Marketing teams on campaigns and demand generation.

Requirements
- 4–7 years of Product Marketing experience (preferably in B2B SaaS, developer tools, or infrastructure products)

Key Responsibilities
1. Calendar & Office Management
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate appointments, meetings, and events for the Managing Director.
- Maintain and update daily and weekly calendars proactively.
- Provide timely reminders and ensure smooth workflow management.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital files, documents, and confidential records.
2. Communication & Coordination
- Receive, screen, and prioritize calls, emails, and messages for the MD.
- Act as a liaison between the MD and employees, departments, and external stakeholders.
- Handle VIP/HNI customer interactions, reservations, and special ODC/party orders.
- Manage communication related to projects, new launches, and expansion initiatives under the MD’s purview.
- Respond to internal and external inquiries and track work plans assigned by the MD.
3. Documentation & Reporting
- Take dictations and draft correspondences, data points, and responses based on the MD’s preferences.
- Prepare, edit, and compile agendas, minutes of meetings, reports, presentations, and briefs.

4. Travel & Hospitality Coordination
- Arrange domestic and international travel, ticketing, hotel bookings, and logistics for the MD and senior executives.
