As an Inside Sales Executive, you will handle B2B SaaS pre-sales on behalf of our clients. You will contact key decision makers in the IT industry based on our clients' wish lists and help in bridging the gap between the solution the client is building and the problem that the world is solving with it.

Responsibilities :

● Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound

cold calls and emails.

● Understand client and customer needs and requirements.

● Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further

development and closure.

● Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest.

● Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned market.

● Perform effective online demos to prospects.

• Developing SDKs on native Android with support for cross-platform technologies like ReactNative, Flutter along with hybrid development over platforms like Cordova. 
• Apply data structures and algorithms to optimize the code for a lower memory, battery, and processing footprint - all with the goal to build plug-and-play SDKs that don’t expect the app developers to write any supporting code in the app.

What we look for?

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science/IT from premier institute.
• 2-4 years of industry experience in Native Android development, with at least one live app on Google Play Store. 
• Good knowledge of Kotlin and/or Java with an understanding of Android Native SDK, specifically network classes, concurrency handling, databases, and background processes. 
• Strong knowledge of data structures and algorithms. 
• Solid understanding of Android Libraries related to UI, network, background services, and database.

Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Flutter Developer with a strong foundation in Object-Oriented Programming (OOPs), Data Structures, and Algorithms. The ideal candidate should have at least 3- 5 years of hands-on experience in Flutter development and be proficient in building scalable and high-performance mobile applications for both Android and iOS platforms.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Flutter Development:
• Design, develop, test, and deploy cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter & Dart.
• Ensure high-quality code by following best coding practices, SOLID principles, and clean architecture.
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and responsiveness.
• Debug and resolve application issues, ensuring smooth user experience.
• App Deployment & Maintenance:
• Publish and maintain applications on Google Play Store & Apple App Store.
• Manage app signing, store listings, and necessary compliance guidelines.
• Monitor app performance, crashes, and bugs using analytics & error reporting tools.
• Database & Persistence Management:
• Work with SQL databases (e.g., SQLite, PostgreSQL, MySQL) to manage data efficiently.
• Implement NoSQL solutions (Firestore, Hive, Shared Preferences, etc.) for local storage.
• Optimize queries for faster performance and better user experience.
• Code Quality & Optimization:
• Write modular, reusable, and maintainable code.
• Utilize state management techniques (Provider, Riverpod, Bloc, Redux, etc.).
• Perform code reviews and suggest improvements to the development team.
• Collaboration & Agile Development:
• Work closely with designers, backend developers, and product managers to develop feature-rich applications.

Company Description

We are an SF-based stealth mode AI startup, building AI agents and automation tools for Marketing use-cases. We are ex-Big Tech, currently bootstrapped and working with a few design partners/early customers. We will be starting a fundraise in Q3 2024.

Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for a Founding Engineer (first engineering hire). This is an equity-only role, meaning compensation will be in the form of equity rather than a salary.

This role will be 30% applied research and 70% product engineering. The expectation is that you will be able to commit 15 hours per week for this role to begin with.

Requirements

• Experience in building and scaling backend systems and infrastructure
• Strong generalist, skilled with Python, cloud infrastructure (AWS).

· Experience in deploying to GCP environments (Cloud Run/CaaS/OpenShift/Containerization)

· Experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery tools and pipelines – Tekton, Terraform and Jenkins

· Experience with Java/J2EE frameworks, Web development and REST APIs/microservices development (Spring Boot, Spring Cloud)

· Good exposure to GCP application developments.

· Hands-on experience with Angular (front-end development)

· Experience in using build tools like Gradle, Maven and Ant etc.

· Experience with GitHub or equivalent source control repositories

· Experience in developing data processing tasks using Spark/PySpark

· Good working knowledge of relational databases like MS SQL, Oracle etc.
