Job Description
Key Responsibilities
• Lead functional design and implementation of Oracle EPM Cloud solutions supporting Fleet Procurement and Fleet Accounting processes
• Configure and support FCCS and EPBCS to enable fleet financial consolidation, planning, forecasting, and management reporting.
• Partner with Fleet Accounting, Finance, and FP&A teams to define future-state planning and consolidation models aligned with Oracle Fusion Financials.
• Design and implement integration flows between Oracle Fusion ERP (GL, FAH, AP, AR) and Oracle EPM Cloud using standard adapters, data management, and integration tools.
• Define metadata structures including dimensions, hierarchies, account mappings, cost centers, intercompany, and fleet-specific reporting attribute
• Support design of fleet cost allocation models, capitalization tracking, depreciation analysis, and financial performance reporting in EPM.
• Lead data validation, reconciliation, and variance analysis between Oracle Fusion ERP and Oracle EPM Cloud.
• Collaborate with Data Migration and Technical teams to support initial loads, incremental data refreshes, and reconciliation processes.
• Support SIT, UAT, and parallel close activities to validate EPM outputs against ERP financial results.
• Develop and validate EPM reports, dashboards, Smart View templates, and management reporting artifacts.
• Support planning cycles including budget, forecast, and scenario modeling related to fleet procurement, utilization, and lifecycle costs.
• Provide functional guidance during cutover, deployment, and post-go-live hypercare for EPM components.
• Work closely with PMO, Solution Architects, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment between EPM design and overall program objectives.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, or related field.
• 15+ years of overall experience in financial systems with 7+ years of hands-on Oracle EPM Cloud experience.
• Strong functional expertise in FCCS and EPBCS, including consolidation, planning, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Solid understanding of Oracle Fusion Financials including GL, FAH, AP, AR, and how ERP data feeds EPM.
Experience designing EPM solutions for large-scale ERP transformation programs with multi-region deployments.
• Strong knowledge of financial close, consolidation, intercompany eliminations, and management reporting.
• Experience integrating Oracle EPM Cloud with Oracle Fusion ERP using standard integration frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with Smart View, EPM reporting, and data reconciliation techniques.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to translate fleet-related financial data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Taxation & Regulatory Compliance
- Coordinate federal, state, and local tax compliance activities for US entities.
- Work with external tax advisors for preparation and review of tax returns and filings.
- Support sales tax, use tax, payroll tax, and corporate tax compliance processes.
- Ensure timely completion of statutory and regulatory filings.
- Monitor changes in US tax regulations and assess operational impact.
Audit & Controls
- Coordinate external audits, internal audits, and SOX/internal control compliance activities where applicable.
- Prepare audit schedules, supporting documentation, and responses to auditor queries.
- Ensure compliance with internal financial controls and accounting policies.

Stakeholder Coordination

Qualifications & Experience

- Experience working with ERP/accounting systems such as NetSuite, Oracle, SAP, QuickBooks, or similar platforms.
