·      Develop frontend as well as backend components for delivering product on cloud platforms.

·      Participate in activities that lead up to the code design. This may include activities such as developing prototypes, proof of concept, compare pros and cons of various implementation choices being considered and recommending the most appropriate one.

·      Mentor and influence junior developers to adhere to good coding standards and become quality conscious.

·      Review critical pieces of code that are developed as per this code design.

·      Ensure that the code being delivered is of the highest quality.

·      Ensure appropriate unit tests and functional as well as non-functional tests are considered.

·      Conceptualize and work towards building processes, methodology, and tools to improve team’s ability to deliver high quality software.

• Deliver entire application life cycle - concept, design, build and test complex web applications.

A highly motivated, skilled, and 3-8 years experienced JAVA Software Engineer to implement innovative solutions with a proven track record developing end-to-end scientific or business applications in JAVA with emphasis on browser-based applications.

You have oodles of experience designing and developing and documenting Enterprise applications using J2EE technologies. You have worked extensively on the new breed of Enterprise applications utilizing cutting edge technologies such as Java, JavaScript, JPA, Hibernate, spring Batch and web services.

  2+ years of hands-on development experience in one or more Relational and NoSQL datastores such as Amazon S3, Amazon DocumentDB, Amazon Elasticsearch Service, Amazon Aurora, AWS DynamoDB, Amazon Athena, etc.

• 2+ years of hands-on development experience in one or more technologies such as Amazon Simple Queue Service, Amazon Kinesis, Apache Kafka, AWS Lambda, AWS Batch, AWS Glue, AWS Step Functions, Amazon API Gateway, etc.

• 2+ years of hands-on development experience in one or more technologies such as AWS Developer Tools, AWS Management & Governance, AWS Networking and Content Delivery, AWS Security, Identity, and Compliance, etc.

• Well-versed in Virtualization & Containerization; must demonstrate experience in technologies such as Kubernetes, Istio, Docker, OpenShift, Anthos, Oracle VirtualBox, Vagrant, etc.

• Well-versed with demonstrable working experience with API Management, API Gateway, Service Mesh, Identity & Access Management, Data Protection & Encryption.

• Hands-on experience with demonstrable working experience with DevOps tools and platforms viz., Jira, GIT, Jenkins, Code Quality & Security Plugins, Maven, Artifactory, Terraform, Ansible/Chef/Puppet, Spinnaker, etc.

• Well-versed with Storage, Networks and Storage Networking basics which will enable you to work in a Cloud environment.

Primary duties and responsibilities include:

·         Candidate should be able to work independently with client and should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.

·         Work closely with experienced integration, frontend, or backend development teams

·         Contribute to estimation and scoping of projects

·         Work on presales environment for checking feasibilities for customer requirement.

Required Experience

·         Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or equivalent work experience

·         8 to 10 years of programming experience—preferably with Java 8+, and other tool support

·         5 years of Java # 6 experience

·         Should have experience in executing project independently.

·         Demonstrated ability of Design Patterns and to write efficient, reusable rest services and libraries

·         Experience with agile software development methodologies and software development best practices, pair programming and CI/CD

·         Excellent written and verbal communication skills

·         Excellent analytical skills for solution building of customer requirements.

·         Good knowledge of datastores (RDBMS, Oracle, SQL)

·         Must have in depth understanding of the L1, L2, L3 support environment.

·         Experience in Java, JavaScript, CSS, HTML, XML and other web technologies

·         Strong understanding of network OS and system configurations.

·         Familiarization with OSLC and REST APIs

·         Ability to successfully lead offshore development teams and work in global delivery model- US, India, Germany

·         Knowledge of LDAP

·         Experience with Microsoft Office products- Word, Excel, Powerpoint

·         Experience with other Requirements Management Tools (Polarion, PTC Integrity) will be a value add

Preferred Experience

·         Understanding of high-availability, fault-tolerant, scalable, distributed systems

·         Working knowledge of iText 7, OpenFeign, RabbitMQ/JMS, Mockito and jUnit/nUnit, Spring Cloud
