Role Overview
We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented professional to manage legal operations and case management end-to-end. This role sits at the intersection of law, process, and operations, and is critical to ensuring cases move smoothly across their lifecycle.
You will be responsible for managing cases, coordinating with stakeholders, maintaining legal documentation, and improving internal workflows.
Key Responsibilities
Case & Legal Operations
- Manage end-to-end lifecycle of disputes/cases handled on the Webnyay platform
- Track case status, timelines, hearings, outcomes, and compliance milestones
- Maintain accurate case records, documentation, and audit trails
- Coordinate with lawyers, mediators, arbitrators, and internal teams
Process & Workflow Management
- Design, document, and continuously improve SOPs for case handling
- Ensure adherence to timelines, SLAs, and regulatory requirements
- Identify bottlenecks and propose operational improvements
Stakeholder Coordination
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients on case-related updates
- Liaise with external counsels, neutrals, and partners
- Support onboarding and training of stakeholders on case workflows
Reporting & Compliance
- Prepare regular reports on case volume, outcomes, turnaround times, and efficiency
- Ensure compliance with applicable legal, data protection, and platform policies
- Support audits, reviews, and client reporting requirements
Platform & Tool Usage
- Work closely with product and tech teams to provide feedback on case management features
- Use internal dashboards, CRM, and case management systems efficiently
- Assist in testing and rollout of new legal-tech features
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Law graduate (LLB) or equivalent legal background preferred
- 3–6 years of experience in operations, legal operations is a plus
- Excellent organisational and documentation skills
- Comfortable working with digital tools, dashboards, and workflows
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
