As a Forward Deployed Software Engineer (FDSE), you’ll work at the intersection of engineering, problem-solving, and customer impact. We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality and Compliance Specialist to ensure that all training engagements adhere to internal quality benchmarks and meet client compliance standards. This role plays a critical part in maintaining the integrity, consistency, and excellence of our Learning & Development (L&D) offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and implement quality metrics for monitoring training delivery effectiveness.
• Conduct audits of pre-training and post-training documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Review trainer credentials to ensure compliance with internal and client-specific requirements.
• Maintain and update compliance checklists aligned with regulatory or contractual obligations.
