Operations Executive

The Team Leader position is a full-time, on-site role based in Bangalore, with the responsibility of managing and mentoring a team of Stem Cell Counsellors. The Team Leader will lead efforts in promoting Cryoviva's stem cell banking services, overseeing the sales process, ensuring team members meet or exceed targets, and fostering a professional and supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently manage a team of Stem Cell Counsellors in the assigned region
• Maximize team productivity through effective communication and leadership.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive team performance.
• Ensure consistent achievement of stem cell banking enrolment targets.
• Accompany the team on client presentations, doctor visits, and field activities periodically to monitor and guide them.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and other departments to optimize sales strategies.
• Work towards improving overall service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain responsive and visually appealing websites, focusing on user experience and functionality.
• Build high-converting landing pages tailored to various marketing campaigns and objectives.
• Implement and optimize contact forms for lead generation, ensuring seamless integration with email marketing systems.
• Set up and manage email marketing campaigns using platforms like Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or similar.
• Integrate analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot) to track website performance and digital marketing metrics.
• Work closely with the marketing team to align website content and design with ongoing campaigns and business goals.
• Conduct A/B testing on landing pages and email marketing materials to improve conversion rates.
• Troubleshoot website issues, including speed optimization and mobile responsiveness.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in web development and digital marketing.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience as a Web Developer, with a portfolio demonstrating previous projects, especially landing pages and contact forms.
• Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive web design frameworks like Bootstrap.
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS), such as WordPress, Joomla, or Drupal.
• Experience with digital marketing tools, including email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Active Campaign, etc.) and Google Analytics.
• Understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
• Knowledge of integrating third-party services (CRM, email marketing, lead capture tools, etc.) into websites.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• 7-10 years of strong experience in JAVA(Spring/Hibernate/JPA/REST), JavaScript,
• NodeJS with good exposure to MySQL
• Experience with AWS, Microservices, Caching, Performance Optimization, Nginx, Solr, Redis, Redshift
• Experience working with agile teams and making rapid decisions in a dynamic and disruptive environment
• 2+ years of leading and managing a team consisting of the backend, frontend and QA.

- Excellent client and tech team handling skills. Ideally, have great balance with aggression and smartness.

- Having experience in DeFi and NFT will be great advantage. Or at least have passion to take deep dive into the same

- Having experience with Project Documentation will be given high preference.

- Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrums

- Should have basic experience with any of the Project Management tools Trello, Kanban, Jira, Asana and other popular in the market.

- Must have experience of source repositories (GitHub).

• Involvement in the entire lifecycle of a project, including strategy, vision, design, UX, coding,architecture, deployment etc. and you will chiefly deliver clean, testable and well-designed codefor the same.

• Managing development cycle using SVN/Git or any other appropriate Version control Software.
