Full Stack Developer

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance features to collect, process, and deliver user-generated content.
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and designers to build end-to-end solutions.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
• Participate in design discussions, code reviews, and technical brainstorming sessions.
• Identify and fix performance bottlenecks and technical issues.

Required Skills & Experience

• 4+ years of full-stack development experience using Java/Kotlin and AWS.
• Hands-on experience in API development for front-end applications.
• Strong understanding of relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and handling large datasets.
• Experience working with CI/CD tools (CircleCI, GitHub Actions, Drone).
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
• Exposure to event-driven architectures (SQS, SNS, Kafka, Kinesis, Pub/Sub) and idempotent patterns.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Familiarity with automated database migration tools (Liquibase, Flyway).
• Experience with cloud storage (AWS S3, GCP Cloud Storage, Azure Blob) or document data stores (DynamoDB, MongoDB).
• Experience containerizing applications using Docker and deploying to ECS or Kubernetes.
• Proficiency with Git and collaborative development workflows.

• Architect and Develop: Design, implement, and maintain high-performance backend services using Java/Golang and intuitive frontend interfaces using React.
• Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, promoting best practices and fostering a collaborative environment.
• Code Quality: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following industry best practices and coding standards.
• Collaboration: Work with backend developers, frontend developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver robust solutions.

1. Develop and maintain custom modules, workflows, and scripts within the LOANIQ platform.
2. Build Java-based interfaces and services to integrate LOANIQ with other banking applications (core banking, risk systems, reporting, etc.).
3. Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and design documents.
4. Enhance existing LOANIQ functionality to meet evolving regulatory and business requirements.
5. Perform code reviews, unit testing, and ensure CI/CD compliance for releases.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including BA, QA, Infrastructure, and Support to deliver projects on time.
7. Support production environments, investigate issues, and provide long-term solutions.
8. Act as a technical SME on LOANIQ-related queries and mentor junior developers when needed.

Software Engineer/ Associate Software Engineer Full stack/ Java track/ UI/ Android

Skills required: -

• Strong knowhow of data-structures and algorithms. -

• Strong core server-side technologies experience (Java/ other) and / or having any of front end/UI skills (Angular, JS, HTML).
  Knowledge of Android is a huge plus. -

• Strong understanding of OO/ design and good software development practices. 

• Strong database skills and good knowhow of databases. -

• Exposure to configuration management, testing, deployment. -

Need High Level React Native Developer who has worked with multiple applications, Healthcare knowledge is preferable, Understand existing code and optimize it, along with create new functionalities and usability.

Should Understand Data and how to handle large volume of data in application both online and offline in application and communicate to our backend using Rest APIs

• Proficient in creating Web (Responsive) applications using Angular 8+, AngularJS, JavaScript, JQuery. 
• Experience developing/consuming RESTAPIs
• Knowledge of multiple back-end languages Like Java, Python and JavaScript frameworks(e.g. Node.js)
• Familiarity with databases (e.g.MSSQL, MySQL), and UI/UX design
• Hands-on experience with code versioning systems like Git, SVN. 

Requirement :- Java Tech Lead (with knowledge of Angular)

• 5+ years of experience into Java 6/7/8, J2EE, EJB, Servlets, JSP, JDBC, LOG4J, JSON, XML
• 3+ years of experience in Spring Boot, Sprint Rest, Spring MVC.
• 5+ years of experience in REST, Micro service Development
• Knowledge of Design Patterns (Good to Have).

•Participate in requirement, design, implementation, testing and support of custom banking solutions, which include features enhancements, new functionalities, and back-end systems integration.

•Define and manage resource plan together with the Project Manager aligning to the project schedule.

•Plan and drive the project's technical execution to achieve the committed scope and timeline.

•Monitor and report technical execution progress as well as all technical issues, risk or mitigation plan in a timely manner.

Requirements:

•Degree in Computer Sciences / Software Engineering / Information Technology.

•At least 5 years of working experience in Java EE development (preferably in the financial industry).

Experience in developing Web-based applications, working experience on smarty frame work as well worked on Joomla and Wordpress.
Skilled in web technologies like HTML, XHTML, CSS, JavaScript.
