Senior Datadog Platform Engineer / Observability Developer

We are looking for an experienced Datadog Engineer to manage and enhance enterprise observability and monitoring platforms across Azure Cloud and Azure DevOps environments.

Required Experience

• 6–10 years of overall IT experience
• 4–6 years of strong hands-on Datadog experience
• Experience with Azure Cloud, Azure DevOps, CI/CD, and enterprise integrations
• Strong knowledge of automation, observability, and platform engineering

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and manage Datadog platform, dashboards, alerts, logging, APM, and observability solutions
• Develop automation and reusable frameworks using Datadog APIs, scripting, and CI/CD pipelines, Azure Cloud services, Azure DevOps, Jira, Kubernetes, and enterprise applications
• Implement Monitoring-as-Code and Dashboard-as-Code standards
• Support onboarding, telemetry integration, operational workflows, and platform optimization

1. Must have hands on experience in Implementing NAC,802.1x (Wired & Wireless)
2. Strong knowledge on CAMPUS LAN Architecture and implementation
3. Hands on experience in Routing, Switching, Cisco SDA, DNAC, Cisco ISE, Assurance
4. Working experience in Cisco prime infra, Monitoring, Integration and Heat map generation
5. Should have detailed technical understanding, troubleshooting of STP protocols (STP, PVST, RSTP, MSTP)
6. Perform IOS upgrades on Switches and WLCs
7. Troubleshoot skills on Quality of Service, Multicast and HSRP, Dot1x protocols, IPSLA
8. Troubleshooting skills on Cisco VSS, VSL and stacking technologies 
9. Should have detailed technical understanding, troubleshooting and support of, Routing protocols (OSPF, BGP), MPLS in an enterprise environment.
10. Perform root cause and troubleshoot network outages
11. Should be proficient in Wireless technology, implementation, and troubleshooting
12. Deliver reports on the actions performed.
13. Hands-on experience with the networking products Like Cisco 6800, 9500,9400,9300, 3800, 2960x and 3650 switches. Juniper EX8200,EX4200,EX3300 and EX2200 switches
14. Strong ability to troubleshoot complex network issues and Identify, diagnose, and resolve different types of network problems.

Work on the website, enterprise applications (multichannel), embedded product UI’s

•  Translate high-level design requirements into wireframes and engaging, intuitive, and functional user interfaces
•  Ability to execute visual designs at all stages of the project. From conceptual to finalization and handover
•  Ability to create visual design concepts, style guides, and design documents
•  Conduct expert/heuristic evaluation reviews of the products and services. Providing design recommendations.
•  Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to implement innovative solutions
•  Work closely with the developer team, manage and maintain designs to meet customer needs, validate and ensure delivering world-class experiences
•  Participate in design discussions and collaborative sessions with teams and stakeholders, offering and providing feedback on concepts and ideas to evolve the experience
•  Create mood boards, mind maps and be a part of brainstorming sessions
•  Deliver high fidelity schematics, workflows, interaction storyboards, and design deliverables that guide creative, content, and development efforts
