Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced L&D Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technology, excellent communication skills, and the ability to deliver effective training programs. The Technical L&D Specialist will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training sessions on various technical topics, ensuring that participants understand the subject matter deeply.
Job Responsibilities:
- Create Training Materials: Develop comprehensive training materials, including presentations, hands-on exercises, and assessments, tailored to the audience's needs.
- Conduct Training Sessions: Deliver engaging and informative in-person training sessions, ensuring participants grasp complex technical concepts and acquire practical skills.
- Technical Expertise: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge and expertise in relevant technologies, such as PHP, .NET, Linux, JavaScript, HTML, CSS,. and Net and stay abreast of industry trends and advancements.
- Evaluate and Customize Training: Assess participants' skill levels and learning needs to customize training programs accordingly.
- Feedback and Improvement: Solicit and provide constructive feedback to participants, assess training effectiveness, and make necessary adjustments to improve the learning experience.
- Stay Updated: Keep up with the latest industry trends and advancements to continuously improve training programs.
Qualifications:
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience as a Technical Trainer or in a similar role.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Training Tools: Experience with training tools/platforms, such as Learning Management Systems, is desirable.
- Work in a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) Module providing Sales and Operations solutions to different local and international Business Development Unit and clients.
- Liaise with the Marketing Team, in order to deliver accurate information of new promotions and games updates to BPO Sales and Operations Team.
- Create variety of training solutions and methods based on the difficulty metrics of new product updates, in order to ensure the completeness of training materials
- Deliver training and standardize flow handling process to BPO Sales and Operations Team, in order to improve team’s skill and knowledge in technical/product and also to ensure customer satisfaction
- Liaise with leads across Sales and Operations function in finding gaps of interpersonal improvements, in order to provide recommendations and meet the company’s standard
- Deliver training, constructive feedback, and coaching of the trainees/agents, in order to improve customer service and engagement skills and communication
- Identify and assess the training needs of the business organization.
- Create a curriculum to facilitate strategic training based on the organization's goals
- Develop annual training programs and development needs assessment.
- Effectively manage the training budget.
- Obtain and /or develop effective training materials utilizing a variety of media.
- Train and coach managers, supervisors and others involved in employee development efforts
- .Evaluate organizational performance to ensure that training is meeting business needs and improving performance
- .Becoming a business partner to department heads, provide solutions and help identify challenges.

- Understanding of innovative pedagogies more specifically pedagogy of adult learning that enhances learning outcomes among students including pedagogical planning
- Good hand in formative and summative assessment tools and techniques including assessment integrated lesson plan modules
