Role and Responsibilities:

• Work as part of an agile team developing applications, designing sprints, and leading the team in ensuring deliveries are met.
• Design and implementation of low-latency, high-availability, and high-performance applications.
• Ensure code modularity with micro-services architecture. 
• Ensure best practices in Web application development.
• Participate in the complete software development lifecycle and write code that is maintainable, clear, and concise.
• Manage application deployment in AWS, considering security, scalability, and reliability.
• Manage/evolve automated testing setup for the backend and frontend for faster bug reporting and fixing.
• Contribute to team and organizational improvements in process and infrastructure.
• Learn about the domain and competitors to propose new features and help in product improvement.

Best suited for candidates who

• Experienced as a MEAN/MERN Stack developer.
• Strong expertise with Angular 2+ / ReactJS, NodeJS, ExpressJS, Socket.io.
• Understanding of fundamental design principles behind a secured, scalable, production-ready application development and deployment.
• Great interpersonal and communication skills.
• Understanding of Git, and CI/CD practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Learning by setting up the KRA for his/her team: Create a supportive and engaging key result area where the team members are aligned towards their work daily. Foster a sense of community and collaboration among learners.

• Monitor Progress: Tracking the learners' progress and performance, identifying areas where they may need additional support or intervention. Keep detailed records of the team and understand the improvement that needs to be accomplished.

• Communicate Effectively: Maintain regular communication with the team members through various channels such as email, chat, or meetings. Provide timely updates, reminders, and feedback to keep the team informed and motivated towards their work.

• Collaborate with Team: Work collaboratively with the team to provide a learning experience for learners. Share insights, best practices, and resources to support continuous improvement.

• Escalation Handling: The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling the escalations that come up to them proficiently. Managing the blockers will be the sole responsibility of the candidate.

• Project Handling: The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling the projects that will be given to them and they also need to be proactive in taking up new projects and completing them within deadlines.

• Stakeholder Management: The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining good relations with the internal stakeholders for the team and the occurring requirements. Reporting to the operations lead and the co-founder to understand the requirements will also be the responsibility of the lead.

• Analytical skills: Maintaining data-driven records of the team and implementing them along with data presentation will also be the prior skill that the candidate should have. 

What will I be doing? 👩💻👨💻

1. You will be owning features through inception, design feedback, implementation, and launch. This will include building test plans for new features and improvising on existing test plans for feature updates and customer feedback.
2. You will collaborate with Product Designers, Product Managers, Backend Engineers, Data Engineers, and Customer Support

1. Strong quality sense and experience working closely with web/mobile development teams
2. Excellent communication skills and passion for tough technical problems
3. Attention to detail and voice of customer experience
4. Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing is a plus
5. Experience in championing customer feedback post-launch and bringing it to the attention of relevant teams
6. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field or equivalent training, fellowship, or work experience

Experience and complete knowledge of:

• Adobe Photoshop, AI, & Lightroom.
• Experience as a graphic designer or in a related field.
• Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio.
• A strong eye for visual composition.
• Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.

Role Responsibilities: 

• Participate in requirements gathering, identify and document user needs after extensive research through interviews and discussions with target users and stakeholders from the business. 
• Design effective new user experiences as well as improve existing ones. Validate the created User Experiences to meet envisaged goals and stipulated standards. All this should be done within agile sprints.
• You are expected to collaborate across the spectrum with product development and marketing teams to facilitate dissipation of the deeper context of the product being worked upon. 

Expected Expertise: 

• Preferably have a B.Des/DesDegree or equivalent degree with experience in Design industry with an amazing design portfolio. Have 0-3 years of experience in UX Research. 
• A user-centred approach to design with experience in conducting user research 
• Experience in employing any of the relevant research methods: unmoderated sessions, Tree sorts, surveys, A/B tests, ethnographic enquiries, UX heuristics and benchmarking, to name a few.
• Effective Communication and collaboration skills that enable team-members to build robust products from the researched insights.
• Should be eager to see the bigger picture by connecting the dots of the product, users, stakeholders and context.
