Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled QA Automation Engineer with 2+ years of experience to join our quality assurance team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in developing, maintaining, and optimizing automated testing frameworks. You will collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and manual QA to ensure our products meet the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Test Automation Development: Design, implement, and maintain automated test scripts for web, mobile, and API platforms using tools like Selenium, Cypress, etc.
• Test Case Execution and Maintenance: Collaborate with the QA team to create, execute, and document test cases, ensuring high-quality test coverage.
• Defect Management: Identify, log, and manage defects found during testing, collaborating with the development team for resolution.
• Framework Optimization: Improve and optimize the test automation framework, focusing on efficiency, reliability, and scalability.
• Quality Metrics Tracking: Track and report on automation coverage, test execution times, and defect trends to measure the quality and stability of releases.
• Continuous Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, validate new features, and ensure alignment with quality goals.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: 2+ years in QA automation with solid knowledge of software testing methodologies.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency with automation tools like Selenium, Cypress, or Appium.
• Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript, Python, or Java).
• Experience with API testing tools such as Postman or Rest Assured.
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools like Jenkins or GitLab CI/CD.
• Soft Skills:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

Video Editor Intern

As part of your day-to-day operations, you will be required to coordinate with several stakeholders & solve multi-dimensional problems.

1. Have enthusiasm and are up-to-date about interactions on social media, top-trends and engaging content.
2. Create an initial proposed storyboard draft or line up of the video to present and receive approval before beginning to edit the video.
3. Improve video and sound quality using various video/audio software.
4. Edit video to include packaging, stock shots, music, graphics, dialogues, sound clips, and other important aspects of the project as required.
5. Ensure the correct formatting and presentation for finalized videos.
6. Experiment with styles and techniques including the design of graphic elements.
7. Create graphical packaging of the sessions/video, teaser/trailer and tutorials.
8. Create the polished final cut before making the video live.
9. Gather and transfer all forms of media into editing software and ensure each was updated in the correct format. 
10. Operate computer editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects and their plugins) used for video media and effects.
11. Establish a clear understanding of the storyline and purpose of the video's creation.
12. Create creative thumbnails for each video/show/community page.
13. Create creatives for promotion and marketing of content for various platforms.
14. You have a high level of ownership and exceptional follow-through.

17. You are proficient in video editing software such as Premier Pro, After Effects (imp), and Illustrator/Figma

●3 to 6 years of experience in Testing software applications

●Thorough Understanding of - Test life cycle & Defect life cycle

●Ability to understand requirements thoroughly, design, develop, execute tests and ensure test coverage

●Strong command in any one of the programming languages

●Experience with any of 2 Open Source testing tools like Selenium , RestAssured, Appium.

●Ability to understand the test automation framework concepts, Contribute to the development of automation frameworks and authoring automated tests

●Ability to quickly learn new technologies in a dynamic environment

●Understanding of GIT or equivalent

Mandatory Requirements:

●Bachelors and/or master’s in computer science or equivalent

●Excellent computer fundamentals, analytical and problem-solving skills
