Role Description : 
As a Senior Mobile Application Developer, you will engineer applications that will run
across Android, iOS, and the web time using Flutter platform and also provide with
consistent performance from designing the application, planning a timeline, and
developing any complicated hybrid application within a short. You get to work with
some of the best minds in the industry at a place where opportunity lurks everywhere
and in everything.
• Create multi-platform apps for Android/iOS using Flutter Development
Framework
• Micro code enhancements within mobile platforms like Android/iOS Flutter
widgets for Android and iOS
• Participation in the process of analysis, designing, implementation and testing
of new apps
• Write clean code, take part in the development lifecycle.
• Investigate technologies, follow innovative trends.

Responsibilities
Your responsibilities are as follows.
• Design and develop high-volume, low-latency applications for mission-critical
systems, delivering high-availability and performance
• Contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle: concept, design, build,
deploy, test, release to app stores and support.
• Diagnose performance issues, fix bugs (including crashes and ANRs) to
increase the functionality of the application
• Write well designed, testable, efficient code
• Ensure designs are in compliance with specifications
• Prepare and produce releases of software components
• Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and
technologies and presenting these for architectural review
• Collaborate with team members (product managers, developers, designers) to
brainstorm about new features and functionalities
Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3-4 Years of experience in a Mobile Application development using
Flutter (Dart) and also in iOS / Android (Java/Kotlin and Objective-C/Swift)
• Proven work experience in software development
• Solid understanding of Flutter, Dart, Flutter UI and animations.
• Should have experience working with native technologies like Android, iOS
• Knowledge and understanding of Firebase, SQFlite_SQlCipher
• Experienced in working with remote data via RESTful and JSON
• Strong understanding of design patterns over and above MVP, MVVM, and
MVC
• Demonstrated experience in building and managing production mobile apps.
• Familiarity with push notifications
• Familiarity with IOS integration with Flutter
• Experience using GitHub or similar environment
• Complete understanding of SDLC
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
• Bachelor/Masters of CS/IT Engineering, BCA/MCA, B Sc/M Sc in CS/IT
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with cross-platform technologies like ionic and Angular/React
Native skills
• Familiarity with web application development and different client-server
communication protocols.
• Have published one or more mobile apps in Google Play or App Store
• Knowledge on iOS distribution profiles and certificates for App store
distribution
• UI/UX tools experience
• Desire to work in a start-up environment, able to self-manage and work
independently
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical
requirements
• Working knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures, trends, and
emerging technologies
• A track record of delivering successful complex consumer product apps
(finance apps, e-commerce apps)

What will you do
● Work as part of a small team, which will include AntWak tech team of React Native developers, a project manager, QA professional, and a designer to build React Native iOS / Android application
● Architect, build and maintain excellent React Native applications with clean code.
● Implement pixel perfect UI's that match designs.
● Implement clean, modern, smooth animations and transitions that provide an excellent user experience.
● Integrate third-party API's.
● Write unit and integration tests and work with native modules when required.
● Release applications to IOS and Google Play stores.
● Complete one or two week sprints and participate in sprint retrospectives and daily standups.
● Assist with building estimates.

What skills do you need?
● 2+ years of professional experience working with React Native.
● 4+ years of professional software development experience.
● Experience working with Swift, Objective C, and Java a plus but not required.
● Meaningful experience working on large, complex systems.
● An understanding of React Native best practices and a commitment to following them.
● Ability to work through new and difficult React Native issues and contribute to libraries as needed.
● Ability to create and maintain continuous integration and delivery of React Native applications.
● Should have good experience of REST API and graphQL integration

The opportunity is to solve a big problem on safety & commute comfort by leveraging Technology through our platform that uses live tracking, intelligent routing and predictive analysis based on existing traffic patterns. We have entered into new business verticals recently and are rapidly scaling up. Thus, we are also expanding our Engineering team. Would you be interested in exploring opportunities with us? What will I do? You will work as an Senior Software Engineer for the iOS app in the Consumer team. The consumer mobile apps are the primary way that our customers regularly interact with Shuttl for finding routes and booking their rides. You will report into the Team Lead for the Consumer team. Your team mates will be other iOS, Android and backend engineers. As a senior software engineer at Shuttl you are responsible for developing new features and maintaining existing ones, contributing to architecture and code design as well as coaching and training of junior software engineers. How do we work? Our engineering process is a five step process which consists of phases for planning, developing, testing & profiling, releasing and monitoring. The planning phase consists of documenting of the feature/task to be done followed by various discussions. These discussions cover product, delivery estimates, release plan, monitoring plan, test plans, architecture, code design, technology choices and best practice adoption. The development and testing phase coexist and involve writing code, unit tests, performance tests, profiling, stress testing, code reviews and QA testing. This phase is punctuated with daily scrums and standups. The release phase is largely about managing and communicating the release to customers and internal stakeholders and activating features. The last phase is the monitoring phase where relevant metrics and exceptions are tracked and any critical refinement for the delivered feature is undertaken. This phase culminates with a retrospective. What skills should I have? For this role we expect you to have 3-5 years of experience in iOS application development primarily using Swift You should have strong command of UIKit, Core Location, GCD, and Auto Layout, Google Maps, memory management and profiling using Xcode Instruments You should be knowledgeable about programming languages, operating systems, networks, databases and SQL, algorithms, architecture, code design and design patterns
