Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Backend Developer with expertise in Kotlin/Java (not Android) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience building scalable backend solutions, working with relational databases, and utilizing modern frameworks like Spring and Webflux.

This is a remote role, but candidates based in Pune/Mumbai who can travel for training purposes will be preferred.

• Must-Have Skills:Kotlin/Java backend development (5+ years)

• Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain backend services using Kotlin/Java.
• Design and implement scalable microservices with Spring Boot/Webflux (Reactor).
• Work with relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred) and ensure optimal data handling.
• Optimize backend performance and ensure system reliability.
• Collaborate with frontend, DevOps, and product teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Ensure best practices in coding, security, and system design.

• Nice to Have:Experience with NoSQL databases (Cassandra/MongoDB)
• Knowledge of Kafka for event-driven architecture
• Familiarity with AWS, Docker for cloud-based deployments
• Exposure to full-stack development with React

Job Description:

• Proficient in software Design and development and familiar with technologies - Java, Java-J2EE, Spring Boot, Ajax, REST API, Micro services etc.
• Working knowledge of any SQL database (MySQL, Oracle etc)
• Working knowledge of No-SQL database (Mongo or Dynamo DB)
• Experience in unit testing using Junit or Mockito
• Experience in designing and architecting systems with high scalability and performance requirements.
• Ability to design infrastructure for performance evaluation and reporting of cloud-based services, namely AWS

We are looking for a Senior Node.js Developer responsible for managing the interchange of data between the server and the users. Your primary focus will be the development of all server-side logic, definition and maintenance of the central database, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end. You will also be responsible for integrating the front-end elements built by your co-workers into the application. Therefore, a basic understanding of front-end technologies is necessary as well. Collaborate with front-end and back-end developers and designers to build website following client requirements.
