What does the core role include?

• Designing and developing high-volume, low-latency applications for mission-critical systems and delivering high-availability and performance
• Designing stateless components in React Native
• Contributing in all phases of the development lifecycle
• Working with the developers to create and maintain a robust framework to support the apps
• Working with the developers to build the interface with a focus on usability features

Experience: 1 – 2.5 years

Job Location: Chennai, Bangalore & Mumbai

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Proven working experience in Android Native development 

• Excellent coding skills in Java or Kotlin or both. 

• Should have knowledge in SQL and SQLite Database.

• Strong knowledge in User Interface designing using latest frameworks.

• Strong knowledge of Android UI design principles, patterns, and best practices.

• Improving Application performance.

• Enterprise application development experience

• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements.

• Experience with third-party libraries and APIs 

• Working knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies

• Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency 

Educational Requirements:

BE/B. Tech, BBA, MBA

General Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, on multiple projects concurrently.

• Track record of timelines, milestones and deliverable.

• Ability to interact effectively with executive level clients.

• Excellent oral/written communication skills. Effective analytical, problem-solving. interpersonal and time management skills.

- Knowledge of Leanback, Dagger, Retrofit, RxJava, Butterknife, Glide/Picasso

- Excellent working knowledge of Android Studio

- Expertise in code profiling, debugging, and optimization

- Familiar with Unit Testing and Automation

- Excellent in Java and Knowledge of Kotlin language

- Deep Knowledge of Exoplayer

- Should have worked or knowledge of creating Libraries/SDK

- Cares about testing and writing testable code eg. Unit Testing.

- Familiar with MVP

- Should have worked or familiar with Firebase, FCM, IMA, Google Services and Facebook SDK

- Experience in working with Android AOSP or Android TV Application is a plus

1.    Perform R&D in computer graphics and video contents editing. Help to develop new video editing/processing algorithms for our video and live streaming pipeline. Follow up state-of-art work in related fields and keep improving overall performance of our products. 

2.    Research and optimize algorithms/strategies of short video and streamed video coding.

3.    Research and develop practical image enhancing algorithms. Follow up state-of-art work in related fields and keep improving overall performance of our video systems.
