MeanStack - Lead / Architect

About the Role

We’re looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer with around 2 years of hands-on experience in building and deploying modern web applications. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to develop scalable solutions using the latest technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and deploy responsive web applications using modern frameworks.
• Collaborate with designers to turn UI/UX concepts into functional products.
• Build and integrate RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Debug, optimize, and improve application performance.
• Manage containerized deployments and CI/CD workflows.

Required Skills

• Must be a B.Tech graduate. (Computer science or IT )
• Only Pune Candidate Preferred. 
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, React.js, and Node.js.
• Experience with Express.js, MongoDB / MySQL, and REST APIs.
• Hands-on experience with Docker and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure or GCP).
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and basic DevOps practices.
• Working knowledge of Next.js is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Immediate joiner Preffered.  

Nice to Have

• Exposure to React Native or mobile app development.

• Bachelors in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent.
• 6 years experience delivering highly available web/mobile applications including 1-3 years as Senior/Lead developer.
• Prior experience in retail domain is a plus.
• 3 years of experience working with distributed teams.
• Deep knowledge of UI Libraries / Frameworks, API (REST), API Management and building scalable and high performance Web APIs.
• Must have experience building websites using Javascript and Java technologies (e.g. Typescript, Spring Boot etc.). Search Engine and Native App development experience is a plus.
• AWS Serverless Cloud native services experience with Lambda functions, SNS, SQS, DynamoDB, API Gateway etc.
• Strong knowledge of Caching frameworks, data structures, algorithms, operating systems, and distributed systems.
• Strong understanding of databases, NoSQL data stores, storage and distributed persistence technologies.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Passionate about enabling next generation experiences.
• Experience with automated testing, deployment pipelines and cloud based infrastructure

• Develop omni-channel digital solutions leveraging serverless and micro services in a cloud based platform to develop backend services.
• Design high/low level solutions, contribute towards architecture and technical roadmap.
• Lead technical implementation/delivery.
• Host/Lead technical discussions.
• Champion software development best practices, test driven development, CI and CD.
• Build cloud native and highly cost efficient solutions.

• Design and code feature in the front-end and back-end as per the specifications provided by the Product and Design teams.

Skills Must have:

• Good understanding of Javascript and Clean architecture.
• Good understanding of asynchronous programming, callback, and closures
• Experience in developing applications that use queues like SQS, RabbitMQ, Kafka, etc
• Experience with AWS services like S3, EC2, etc
• Strong experience with Javascript frontend framework/libraries like ReactJS
• Good knowledge of CSS and its preprocessors like SASS/LESS
• Good understanding of server-side templates.
• Experience with creating cross-browser compatible web apps
• Should be Strong in MySql / Postgres database
• Stronghold in Data structure and processing JSON

Good to have

• Basic knowledge of CI, CD
