What You'll Do:

• Build and optimize performant 3D web applications using technologies like Three.js and WebGL.​
• Develop new rendering and visualization features for our AI-powered bathroom design platform.​
• Collaborate with backend and optimization engineers to deliver seamless user experiences and accurate, interactive design simulations.​
• Work directly with design founders; your ideas and code will shape our next-generation product used across India and the US.​

What We're Looking For:

• Strong experience with JavaScript and modern web frameworks; proficiency in Three.js or WebGL is a must.​
• Solid math and geometry skills (vectors, transforms, meshes).
• Track record of delivering clean, efficient, and scalable graphics code.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and Automation: Utilize Gradle for building and automating software projects. Ensure efficient and reliable build processes.
• Scripting: Develop and maintain scripts using Python and Shell scripting to automate tasks and improve workflow efficiency.
• CI/CD Tools: Implement and manage Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines using tools such as Harness, Github Actions, Jenkins, and other relevant technologies. Ensure seamless integration and delivery of code changes.
• Cloud Platforms: Demonstrate proficiency in working with cloud platforms including OpenShift, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Deploy, manage, and monitor applications in cloud environments.

payment infrastructure at scale (processing $billions in transactions) and founded enterprise

technology companies with solutions in commercial use by over 100 corporates. 

Fletch has seen rapid traction (existing partnerships with leading U.S. insurance providers)

Responsibilities:

-Developing new user-facing features using ReactJS, JS, TypeScript, NextJS, HTML5, CSS.

-Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use

-Translating designs and wireframes into high quality code

-Product enhancements in existing Insurance and Financial Services products

-Optimising components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers.

Skills:

-Strong expertise in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model

-Strong experience of ReactJS and its core principles like states, hooks, HoC etc

-Experience with popular ReactJS workflows (such as Redux or Flux)

-Strong expertise in NextJS and performance tuning

-Good with RESTful APIs

-Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token

Responsibilities:

 Work with development and product team to ideate software solutions

Skills:

 Proven experience of around 4-7yrs as a Full Stack Developer.

 Should be a full stack developer who can code on cutting-edge technology stacks including

Laravel, Nodejs, Express js, Python, React, Angular, MySQL, MongoDB, Firebase, Elastic Search,

Docker, AWS etc. for our clients.

 Experience developing desktop and mobile applications

 Familiarity with common stacks

 Knowledge of multiple front-end languages and libraries (e.g. HTML/ CSS, JavaScript, XML,

jQuery)

 Strong Knowledge of multiple back-end languages and on frameworks or platforms (Phython

/ Express JS / Django etc), API / Serverless services, DB Schema Definition.

 Good to have stakeholder management, team leading, team mentoring, code management

under critical problem

 Familiarity with databases (e.g. MySQL, MongoDB), web servers (e.g. Apache) and UI/UX

design

 Excellent communication and teamwork skills

 Great attention to detail and analytical skills.

 Degree in Computer Science, Statistics or relevant field

• Research and analyze top SEO content topics 
• QC content to ensure it is free of grammatical or factual errors and follows all brand editorial guidelines for consistency.
• Research and write long-form content on various relevant topics
• Publish content on various platforms and analyze traffic performance
• Research and evaluate competitor marketing with a focus on content
• Write attractive Blogs, Articles and Comments.
• Plan and execute various SEO tasks

Knowledge on Blockchain development is added advantage.
Previous Experience in .Net or PHP is a Plus
