Job Description :
We are looking for a skilled L2 Support Engineer with a strong understanding of the Netsapiens platform and a solid foundation in Linux and networking. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting, maintaining, and troubleshooting issues related to voice services and platform operations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide L2 technical support for the Netsapiens platform including Admin UI and Manager Portal.
- Troubleshoot issues related to phone provisioning, QoS, recordings/legal intercepts, and real-time VoIP software.
- Handle and escalate tickets based on defined SLAs and priority levels.
- Assist customers in implementing solutions and ensure optimal system performance.
- Perform installation, configuration, and support for paid services.
- Conduct analysis of system performance and manage system resources.
- Implement feature releases, maintenance releases, OS updates, and perform after-hours maintenance as required.
- Collaborate on Netsapiens platform reviews including configurations, best practices, and implementation recommendations.
- Provide support for distributed MySQL databases (a plus).
Requirements :
- Minimum 3 years of overall experience in a technical support role.
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience with Linux systems.
- Good understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, switching, routing).
- Experience with telephony or voice-related services (SIP protocol is a strong plus).
- Familiarity with MySQL database operations is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and customer service orientation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Must/Good to Have Details :
- Must have 3-7 years of IT experience with end-to-end design and development using Microsoft BI Products.
- Extensive experience in designing and developing Stored Procedures/functions in MS SQL Azure and Microsoft Cloud based technologies.
Must have :
1) Working experience in Azure SQL , Microsoft Dynamics NAV/365 Business Central Reporting and data.
2) Experience with data warehouse design, OLAP and ETL framework.
3) Experience in NAV Report Builder and Office 365 integration with dynamics Apps is a plus.
4) Analytical mind with the ability to manage multiple projects and adjust quickly to changing priorities.
5) Programming or scripting experience and knowledge of SDLC preferred.

1) Experience in construction and manufacturing process, a plus.

Job Responsibilities:
● Responsible for ensuring seamless guest experience.
● Take ownership of guest issues and follow problems through to resolution.

Qualification and Experience:
● Bachelor/ Master's degree in hospitality studies or related field with a minimum of 2 years of work experience in guest handling or managing guest experience.
- Perform daily account management on Google AdWords, Facebook, Bing and other search platforms.
- Assist in the maintenance and monitoring of keyword bids, Account daily and monthly budget caps, impression shares, quality score & other important account metrics.
- Provide creative copy suggestions and graphical ad templates.
Assist in the management of Display network placement lists on AdWords & through other contextual advertising platforms.
- Can devise strategies to increase ROI – Is good at increasing CTR & reducing the cost per clicks
- Support the generation of new paid search campaigns, ad groups, and accounts and aid in the creation of new paid search marketing initiatives.
- Able to understand the business website thoroughly so as to implement a strategic plan for Google AdWords
- Keep pace with search engine and PPC industry trends and developments
