Manager Fullstack Developer or Full Stack III

Role Description

We are looking for a passionate Fullstack Engineer (SDE-2) to join our growing engineering team. This role involves building robust backend services and intuitive frontends while working closely with product and design teams. You will be hands-on across the stack, with a primary focus on Java/Spring Boot backend and React frontend development.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain scalable backend services using Java, Spring Boot, PostgreSQL, Redis, and Kafka.
• Build and enhance React-based frontend applications with clean, reusable, and performant code.
• Integrate frontend and backend through well-designed REST APIs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality features.
• Participate in design discussions and contribute to system architecture decisions.
• Ensure applications meet performance, reliability, and security standards.
• Deploy, monitor, and optimize services on AWS cloud infrastructure.
• (Optional) Contribute to ETL pipelines and data workflows if required by projects.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong experience with Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs.
• Hands-on knowledge of PostgreSQL, Redis, and Kafka.
• Proficiency with React.js and modern frontend practices.
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design fundamentals.
• Familiarity with AWS cloud services (EC2, RDS, S3, Lambda, etc.).
• Experience with Git and CI/CD workflows.

Responsibilities:

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams on project requirements and deliverables

* Develop user interfaces using React.JS and Express API's

* Implement database solutions with MongoDB and Node.JS

Must have skills :

6+ Years Java, Spring - 4+ years, Node JS / React JS - 4+ years

Responsibilities:

Code, test and debug programs according to specifications.

Build new and modifying existing applications.

Develop software prototypes.

Write unit tests and functional tests (automation).

Perform manual tests.

Use tools to access data in datastore, version control systems, etc.

Practice Agile methodologies.

Frequently interface with other functional teams on all aspects of a feature or sub-system 

Required Skills 

1) Good experience in AngularJs or Angular 9+ Version 

2) Hand on Node.JS./Express JS 

3) Database : MYSQL/MongoDB 

4) Experience in Java Script, Typescript. 

5)Good experience in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Jquery 

6) Experience working in an Agile environment. 

7) Good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Strong knowledge of MERN stack (MongoDB, Express JS, React JS, Node JS, HTML5, CSS3, jQuery, Bootstrap, SASS)
• Develop user interfaces for modern rich internet applications with the latest front-end technologies
• Developing features to enhance the user experience.
• Should have excellent in-depth knowledge on Nodejs and MongoDB
• Hands-on experience working with Object-Oriented JavaScript (OOJS), JavaScript libraries and their practical uses in building complex interactive experiences
• Building reusable code for future use
• Writing tested code and its documention

• 1+ years of experience in front end development and backend development is must
• Thorough knowledge of HTML5, CSS3 (LESS/SASS),React, Nodejs and Mongodb
• Solid understanding of JavaScript and the ability to pick up any framework quickly
• Strong Experience in back-end frameworks used to develop dynamic web pages (REST, GraphQL, WebSocket/socket.io)
• Expertise in developing and testing across multiple browsers, platforms, DOM implementations, etc.
• Strong experience in React, React Hooks, Redux, Thunk | Saga, ES6, Typescript, ESLint, Nodejs, GraphQL, Redis, AWS, Git, Github, Docker
