The role will be responsible for technical solutioning, leading development teams, ensuring quality delivery, and identifying opportunities to apply Generative AI for productivity, automation, and feature innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design, development, and delivery of scalable enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, ReactJS, REST APIs, and microservices-based architecture.
• Own technical solutioning, architecture discussions, code reviews, design reviews, and engineering best practices across the development lifecycle.
• Guide and mentor developers, unblock technical issues, improve code quality, and ensure timely delivery aligned to business and product priorities.
• Collaborate with business, product, QA, DevOps, and architecture teams to translate requirements into clean, maintainable, and secure technical solutions.
• Identify practical GenAI use cases such as developer productivity, knowledge search, automated documentation, test generation, and AI-assisted application features.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain end-to-end web applications, including frontend interfaces and backend services.

Build responsive and scalable UIs using React.js and Next.js.
