1. Scouting for LAP loan leads

2. Collecting documents from customer and submitting it at nearby branch

3. Explaining all Loan related processes and charges to customer

4. Clearly communicating all loan related charges to customers

5. Having Loan case file in proper order

6. Ensuring all communication with customer once documents are received

7. Ensuring all TAT's are followed in moving the loan file forward

8. Providing all necessary customer support

• The business finance team will partner with the internal business stakeholders and drive decision support on finance issues. The primary purpose of the team is as follows:

• Business performance reporting: Develop reporting and dashboards of business performance metrics appropriate to different audiences

• Data analytics: Generate actionable insights based on historical trend analysis, variance from plan and deep dive of business key performance indicators

• Finance business partnering: Partner with the business stakeholders to identify, develop and implement action plans to improve financial performance

• Co-own TMRW planning and budgeting process along with the FP&A team

Ideal candidate attributes and experience:

- CA with 3+ years of experience in similar roles

- Strong Excel skills and ability to build dynamic models

We’re looking for a full-stack developer to join our founding team and drive our product development. If you’re someone who thrives on high ownership, can figure stuff out on your own and wants to be part of the zero-to-one journey, this might be for you.

• You’ll be responsible for architecture and development of both frontend and backend systems;
• Brainstorm and prioritize features with the product team based on technical feasibility to define the product roadmap;
• Ownership of shipping features from writing the frontend and backend code to making it live;
• Unless you’re the one who writes answers on stackoverflow, your code is going to break so make sure you can come back and fix it;

• If you can write code that works, we should be good but read on (disclaimer: most of what follows is not a hard requirement);
• You have 1-3 years of experience building a product from scratch or being in the initial engineering team of an early stage startup;
• Well versed with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, Javascript to craft intuitive UIs;
• Worked with React.JS & Redux (or similar frameworks) to build scalable, reusable components;
• You've built backend architectures using Node.js & Postgres (Brownie points if you’ve worked with Redis & Sequelize);
• Deployed applications on AWS using services like RDS, EC2, S3, Cloudfront;
• You can write tests, are great at logging {by great logging we don’t mean embarrassing console logs} & error tracking using tools like Sentry & Travis CI;
• Most of the above is us trying to sound legit about our stack, so if you’ve not worked with some of it & are open to learning or have better ideas, it’s totally cool;

Location: Delhi NCR, India (Remote for now, hybrid model post-covid)

Experience: 2-3 years of experience in Python, NodeJS, MySQL, ReactJS, NextJS technologies.

-Developing complex web application features using Python, NodeJS, ReactJS, JS, MySQL, TypeScript, NextJS.

-Writing reusable, testable, and efficient code

-Implementation of low-latency, high-availability, and performant applications

-Integration of user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server side logic

-Translating designs and wireframes into high quality code

-Optimising components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers.

Skills:

-Very strong in programming, DataStructures, Algos and complex tech concepts

-Strong in developing no-code platforms and configurable applications.

-Strong experience in developing apps using React hooks, state, DOM manipulation etc.,

-Strong experience in developing BE code using Python, Node, MySQL.

-Strong expertise working with RESTful APIs

-Strong experience in NextJS

What you need to have:

Postgress developer cum database architect

5-7 years experience

Knowledge and experience, specifically PostGre

-           SQL

-           Query Optimization / Optimization strategies (in PostGre)

-           AWS - RDS Relational Databse Service

-           Optional: AWS – RDS API / PostGre API
