• Design and develop interior concepts for luxury villas, farmhouses, and premium residential projects.
• Create high-quality 3D models, photorealistic renders, and walkthroughs.
• Prepare 2D working drawings using AutoCAD.
• Develop space plans, furniture layouts, ceiling layouts, and interior detailing.
• Produce realistic visualizations using SketchUp, Lumion, D5 Render, or Enscape.
• Coordinate with architects, project managers, and site execution teams.
• Select materials, finishes, lighting, and color palettes based on project requirements.
• Revise designs based on client feedback and project needs.
