Manager - Business Development(B2B SaaS, ERP, Manufacturing)

We’re hiring a Founding SDR for a new project we’re launching at GTM Playroom.

This is for someone who wants to build from scratch, work closely with founders, and be part of an early GTM motion for the US market.

What you’ll work on:

* Outbound prospecting for the US market

* Lead generation and account research

* Writing and testing cold emails

* Creating personalized Loom videos for prospects

* Building early sales processes with the founding team

What we’re looking for:

* 6 months to 2 years of SDR / BDR / outbound experience

* Comfort with email, LinkedIn, research, and prospecting tools

* Strong communication skills

* Someone who enjoys ownership and does not want a monotonous role

* Prior experience working directly with founders is a strong add-on

Timings:

5 PM to 1 AM IST

5 days a week

This is not a standard SDR role where everything is already defined.

It is for someone who is excited to experiment, learn fast, and help build the outbound engine from day one.

• 5–7+ years of experience designing and maintaining SQL queries, views, stored

procedures, and functions

• Strong experience with Oracle, Apache NIFI and/or PostgreSQL or a comparable relational

database

• Experience tuning SQL for performance, particularly in large-scale, high-volume

environments

• Familiarity with ETL development, data migration strategies, and real-time/batch

data movement

• Solid understanding of data security, particularly in PCI-compliant or regulated

environments

• Proven ability to work independently and within a team, managing priorities across

concurrent projects

• Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to work effectively with both

technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Bonus Skills:

o Experience with data mapping, profiling, or discovery tools

o Familiarity with Snowflake or other modern cloud data platforms

o Experience with job scheduling and automation (e.g., Cron, Automate

Schedule)

o Familiarity with Git or Bitbucket or other version control systems

o Experience working alongside or supporting Java-based development teams

We are seeking a Cloud Architect for a Geocode Service Center Modernization Assessment and Implementation project. The primary objectives of the project are to migrate the legacy Geocode Service Center to a cloud-based solution. Initial efforts will be leading Assessments and Design efforts and ultimately, implementation of approved design.

Responsibilties:

• System Design and Architecture: Design and develop scalable, cloud-based geocoding systems that meet business requirements.

• Technical Proficiency: Extensive experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and geocoding tools like Precisely, ESRI etc.
• Programming Skills: Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C#.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to design efficient geocoding systems.
• Experience: Proven experience in designing and implementing cloud-based solutions, preferably with a focus on geospatial data.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Certifications: Relevant certifications in cloud computing (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect) and geospatial technologies are a plus.​
