Seeking a detail-oriented Estimator with experience in exterior windows, doors,and storefront systems. The ideal candidate will be skilled in reading architectural drawings, performing accurate quantity takeoffs, and preparing precise cost estimates. Proficiency in AutoCAD

and Excel is required, along with familiarity with OST (On-Screen Takeoff) and Bluebeam. Knowledge of Revit is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review architectural and structural drawings and specifications to prepare detailed cost estimates for glazing, windows, doors, and storefront systems.

• Perform quantity takeoffs and develop material and labor cost breakdowns.

• Use AutoCAD to interpret design details and confirm quantities and dimensions.

• Utilize Excel, OST, and Bluebeam to organize takeoffs, calculate costs, and prepare bid proposals.

• Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors to obtain and verify pricing.

• Support project managers and design teams during preconstruction and project handoff.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field (or equivalent experience).

• Technical Skills:

PRIMARY PURPOSE

An automation engineer delivers automated solutions for software processes. As an automation engineer, the individual will work closely with development and product teams to help discover and eliminate problems by gathering requirements and implementing process automation. The Management, Orchestration, Visualization and Analytics team is looking for a technically strong UI/UX Engineer who will help develop and enhance the UI features of Manova products and services. Having a background in Cloud services or Network Management is highly valuable.

Responsibilities

• Design user interfaces by creating wireframes and mockups

• Adopt and advocate practices of modern responsive UI designs
