Key Responsibilities: 

Technical Expertise

• Hands on working with complicated customization of the latest versions of the Magento
• Regular review of codes before it goes for UAT and optimize the system for speed and scalability
• Identify the productization and automation opportunities as per the internal team requirement
• Stay up to date with the latest Magento technology 

Project Delivery

• Understand the business requirement of clients to design & deliver the best possible solutions to the client
• Working handson on the projects to ensure timely and quality delivery of the projects 
• Guide and train the team to help them execute their projects
• Identify and implement the process improvements related to effective coding practices
• Responsible for the flawless delivery of the each and every project

Team Building & Management 

• Build a high performing team with right technical talent and outstanding project execution skills
• Get involved in team building by actively participating in hiring, training and people management of team members

Requirement:

1. Min 4 years of experience in E-Commerce CMS such as Magento
2. Experience of developing/editing third-Party extensions
3. Extensive experience of PHP and MySQL
4. Experience on Javascript frameworks such as jQuery
5. Must handle multiple projects simultaneously
6. Developer with strong PHP, Zend, and object-oriented programming experience
7. Good experience of Magento core development (php) and Module development which involves database level operations (Creating new tables in database and developing Models for that) 
8. Website Development project including both back-end customizing API, plugins, and modules
9. Performance Optimization using cache, solr (or any nosql search)

Good to Have:

1. Experience in Magento Enterprise is a bonus
2. Contributions to the open-source community
3. Experience with building scalable Magento systems

Job Responsibilities

• Build, test and set up cutting-edge website applications in an efficient matter; work with other developers to fill data acquisition requirements
• Identify and fix CSS, HTML and scripting compatibility issues between a variety of platforms and browsers; test websites on different browsers and mobile device browsers; correct problems identified by customer feedback
• Investigate and discover architectural considerations, such as web usability, site performance and database design, as part of the system design process; research and assess implementation alternatives for new application features
• Collaborate and communicate with development teams and management to resolve conflicts, prioritize needs, choose solutions or develop content criteria
• Develop procedures for ongoing website revision; recommend performance improvements; create and refine style guidelines for website content; select design tools, programming languages or applications
• Provide detailed explanations of website specifications, such as activities, software, product features, programming languages, communication protocols and operating systems hardware and software
• Remain up to date about current programming practices and web technologies through reading, continuing education opportunities or participation in professional workshops, groups or conferences

Requirements:

Responsibility 

• Designing and building the website front-end.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a similar field.
• Proven work experience as a WordPress developer.

Responsibilities:

• Own the design of the overall architecture of the web application
• Implement a robust set of services and effective APIs to power the web application
• Build reusable and manageable code and libraries for future use
• Optimize the application for maximum speed and scalability
• Translate UI/UX wireframes to visual elements
• Develop and handle well-functioning databases and applications
• Test software to ensure responsiveness and efficiency

Experience:

• Proven expertise in shipping features in Ruby on Rails. Strong background in Ruby on Rails, HTML, CSS and JavaScript
