About the Role

We are looking for a driven B2B sales professional with strong outbound experience, capable of engaging CXO-level stakeholders and closing deals end-to-end across mid-market and enterprise accounts.

Preferred Industry Background - Enterprise SaaS / Cloud Platforms, Cloud & Infrastructure, IT Services & Consulting, Software Product Companies, ERP / CRM / Business Systems, HR Tech / FinTech / MarTech, AI / Data Platforms

Key Responsibilities (KRAs)

● Build and drive outbound pipeline by targeting CXO-level stakeholders (CISO, CIO, CTO, CEO) across India and UAE via email, calls, LinkedIn, and referrals.

● Own the complete sales cycle from prospecting and discovery to demo, proposal, negotiation, and closure.

● Deliver clear, value-driven demos showcasing product capabilities, business impact, and pricing flexibility.

● Maintain a strong, predictable pipeline and consistently achieve revenue targets.

● Share weekly updates and actionable insights on pipeline, performance, and market feedback.

● Start as an individual contributor and gradually mentor juniors on outreach, demos, negotiation, and closing.

Key Requirements

● 2–6 years of experience in B2B sales (SMB, mid-market, or enterprise)

● Proven outbound prospecting and deal closure experience

● Experience engaging with CXO-level stakeholders

● Strong ownership of full sales cycle

● Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

Key Responsibilities • Inbound conversion: respond quickly to leads from WhatsApp, calls, website, social and other channels. • Outbound sales: follow up with new, warm, old and dormant leads to convert them into paid bookings. • Service selling: explain grooming, grooming subscription, training, boarding, sitting and other PawSpace services. • Revenue ownership: work towards daily and monthly revenue targets with consistent calling and closure discipline. • Subscription pitching: promote grooming subscription and repeat service packages to increase customer lifetime value. • Objection handling: handle concerns around price, quality, availability, trainer/groomer experience and service process. • Booking closure: coordinate payment collection, booking confirmation and handoff to operations. • CRM/reporting: update lead status, call notes, follow-up dates, revenue and daily sales reports.

Responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of company’s traditional web and mobile product roadmap by leading a team of engineers. The manager ensures timely feature launches, technical quality, and champions process improvements in collaboration with product and design teams.

Key Responsibilities:

● Own end-to-end development, deployment, and maintenance of web and mobile applications.

● Lead, mentor, and grow engineers across full stack, mobile, and backend roles.

● Define and implement best practices in coding, testing, and release management.

Work Responsibilities

• Machine learning engineers working in the Recommendation domain develop the functions and services of the marketplace app Mercari through the development and maintenance of machine learning systems like Recommender systems while leveraging necessary infrastructure and companywide platform tools. 
• Mercari is actively applying advanced machine learning technology to provide a more convenient, safer, and more enjoyable marketplace. Machine learning engineers use the cloud and Kubernetes to operate and improve machine learning systems.

• Develop and optimize machine learning algorithms and models to enhance recommendation system to improve discovery experience of users

• Conduct data analysis and experimentation with large-scale data sets to identify patterns, trends, and insights that drive the refinement of recommendation algorithms

Minimum Requirements:

• Over 5-9 years of professional experience in end-to-end development of large-scale ML systems in production
• Strong experience demonstrating development and delivery of end-to-end machine learning solutions starting from experimentation to deploying models, including backend engineering and MLOps, in large scale production systems.
• Experience using common machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, NumPy, pandas)
• Deep understanding of machine learning and software engineering fundamentals
• Basic knowledge and skills related to monitoring system, logging, and common operations in production environment
• Communication skills to carry out projects in collaboration with multiple teams and stakeholders

Preferred skills:

• Experience developing Recommender systems utilizing large-scale data sets
• Basic knowledge of enterprise search systems and related stacks (e.g. ELK)
• Functional development and bug fixing skills necessary to improve system performance and reliability
• Experience with technology such as Docker and Kubernetes
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Microsoft Azure, etc.)
• Microservice development and operation experience with Docker and Kubernetes
• Utilizing deep learning models/LLMs in production
• Experience in publications at top-tier peer-reviewed conferences or journals

Skills Required:
