Job Summary :

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in C#, .NET Core, React.js, NestJS, Node.js, SQL Server, and SSO integrations to build and maintain enterprise-grade applications in a Windows Server environment.

Mandatory Tech Stack :

Frontend : React.js, Redux Toolkit (RTK)

Backend : C#, .NET Core, Node.js, NestJS

Database : SQL Server, TypeORM

Authentication : Active Directory, OIDC, SAML

Environment : Windows Server

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop scalable web applications using React.js, C#, .NET Core, Node.js, and NestJS.
• Build and maintain REST/GraphQL APIs and backend services.
• Design and optimize SQL Server databases, T-SQL queries, and TypeORM mappings.
• Implement and manage SSO solutions (Active Directory, OIDC, SAML).
• Deploy and support applications on Windows Server environments.
• Conduct code reviews and follow best development practices.

Required Skills :

• 8+ years of software development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience in C#, .NET Core/ASP.NET Core, React.js, NestJS, and Node.js.
• Expertise in Redux Toolkit (RTK), RTK Query, TypeORM, and SQL Server.
• Experience with GraphQL, REST APIs, Windows Server, and SSO integrations.
• Good understanding of application architecture, performance optimization, and security.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Lead in the design and development of robust, scalable, and efficient software solutions, ensuring the highest standards in all aspects of software development.
• Design and implement high-quality, test-driven, scalable backend code for various client projects using TypeScript and Nest.js Develop and maintain APIs to support consuming teams.
• Work closely with frontend teams to optimize REST API integrations, ensuring efficient data fetching and caching strategies.
• Create and maintain documentation, implement and follow best practices for development workflow.
• Partner closely with Project Managers and other teams to ensure the successful delivery of significant software projects, coordinating resources and managing timelines for smooth project execution.
• Efficiently prioritizes and plans complex tasks, and influences a respectful, inclusive work environment, fostering continuous learning and growthContribute innovative ideas to ensure we deliver the best solutions for our clients.
• Act as a technical mentor to more junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

• Strong proficiency in English (written and verbal communication) is required.
• Experience working with remote teams in North America and Latin America, ensuring smooth collaboration across time zones.
• Deep expertise with Typescript and NestJs framework.
• Experience with authentication workflows and authorization mechanisms (OAuth, JWT)Experience with testing frameworks and best practices, including unit testing, integration testing, and e2e testing.
• Solid understanding of web technologies in general.
• Solid understanding of backend design patterns.
• Experience with designing applications that use and consume databases (SQL, ORM, etc).
• Extensive experience with building and maintaining versioned APIs Strong knowledge of GCP or other equivalent cloud platforms.

We are looking for LAMP-Stack developers. Someone with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
Must have:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, analytical skills and the ability to learn quickly
• Creative approach to problem-solving with the ability to focus on details while maintaining the "big picture" view
• Proven experience of working on/with Composer,  PHP7, CodeIgniter, MySQL.
• Experience with creating and consuming APIs.
• Knowledge of wordpress, Python, Elasticsearch, Redis, RabbitMQ, Cloudflare would be a HUGE PLUS.
• Any other experience with languages like NODE will be appreciated (but must NOT be your primary skill)

The Job responsibilities would include:

3. Promote SRE (Site Reliability Engineering) to ensure all of the services are Highly-Available and Fault Tolerant at all times
