Mandatory (Experience 1) – Must have 8+ years of experience in Data Architecture / Data Engineering, with strong exposure to enterprise-scale data platform modernization initiatives

Mandatory (Experience 2) – Must have 3+ years of deep hands-on experience in Microsoft Fabric ecosystem including Fabric Lakehouse, OneLake, and Data Factory, with large-scale implementations

Mandatory (Experience 3) – Strong expertise in designing and implementing Medallion (Bronze/Silver/Gold) architecture and scalable lakehouse platforms supporting batch and real-time workloads

We are looking for a backend developer who has at least 1 year of professional experience in building systems on either Python or Node.js and is able to become an anchor/pillar for the team. The role will require you to architect and develop systems/features needed for our marketing automation products. The Senior Full Stack Developer is responsible for bringing the platform to the next level and ensuring the stability of the core platform. S/he will report directly to our GM and will have the opportunity to participate in the next phase of growth at Delishop, developing the platform and adapting it to meet the needs of new verticals. S/he will have flexibility and responsibilities from day one with expectations to contribute to the growth of the company by bringing new ideas and solutions to the table.

Duties:

• Coordinate project work with junior staff under the supervision of the GM.
• Act as a technical lead to the junior staff
• Lead production troubleshooting.
• Participate in the ideation of how to optimise the platform.

Requirements:

• At least 4-5 years of working experience in development.
