Key Responsibilities

Data Modeling & Power BI Development

Design, develop, and maintain high-performance Power BI dashboards and reports.

Build robust, scalable data models using **advanced DAX (Data Analysis Expressions)** to implement complex business logic, time-intelligence calculations

Optimize existing reports and data models for speed, efficiency, and scalability.

Advanced Data Extraction & Transformation

Write, optimize, and debug **complex SQL queries** (including subqueries, CTEs, window functions, and advanced joins) to extract data from various enterprise data warehouses.

Ensure data integrity and consistency between source systems and front-end reports.

Required Technical Skills & Qualifications

Must-Haves (Non-Negotiable)

Power BI & DAX: Minimum of 1–3 years of hands-on experience building Power BI solutions. Deep understanding of evaluation contexts (Filter Context vs. Row Context) and complex DAX functions (CALCULATE, FILTER, ALL, EARLIER, and time-intelligence).

Expert SQL Skills: High proficiency in writing complex, optimized SQL queries. Must be comfortable handling large datasets, writing Common Table Expressions (CTEs), utilizing window functions (RANK, LEAD/LAG, PARTITION BY), and analyzing query performance.

Nice-to-Haves

Data Modeling: Strong understanding of relational database concepts, star/snowflake schemas, and data normalization/denormalization.

Familiarity with cloud data platforms like Snowflake, Azure Synapse, or AWS Redshift.

Basic knowledge of Python for data manipulation.

Soft Skills & Core Competencies

Problem-Solving: A natural curiosity to dig into data anomalies and find the root cause of discrepancies.

Communication: Ability to explain complex technical data constraints to non-technical business users clearly.

launch of GenAI applications through Adobe and third-party generative models. You are

What You’ll Do

 Collaborate & Innovate: Partner with Technical Architects, Engagement

Managers and Product teams to define customer requirements/use cases,

facilitate technical workshops, and co-create specific GenAI solutions.

 Prototype Rapidly: Apply an AI-first experimentation mindset—build proof

points in days, iterate on feedback, and drive quick wins. UX/UI and rapid

prototyping skills are a plus.

 Engineer End-to-End: Design, build, and deploy full-stack applications and

microservices—integrating Firefly APIs, Common Extensibility Platform,

GenStudio for Performance Marketing, headless CMS architectures and UX/UI

Designs.

 Bridge to Product: Capture field-proven use cases and funnel them back to

Product & Engineering—fueling the Firefly roadmap.

 Automate & Scale: Develop reusable components, CI/CD pipelines, and

governance checks to ensure consistent, repeatable delivery.

 Operate at Speed: Thrive in a constantly evolving, start-up-like

environment—own delivery sprints, tackle challenges on-site/remotely, and adapt

to evolving AI trends.

What You Bring

 Full-Stack Expertise: 5+ years as a full-stack developer or technical consultant

building and launching production software (React.js/Next.js/Angular;

Node.js/Java Spring Boot; REST/GraphQL, HTML, JavaScript, Java, XML).

 AI Tinkerer: AI-native tinkerer who embeds AI in your day-to-day workflows and

spends your free time inventing and tinkering with the possibilities of AI. You

keep ahead of market trends across third-party models, GPUs, and new AI

applications.

 Adobe Fluency: Deep understanding of Adobe Creative Cloud APIs/SDK/CEP,

Firefly Services APIs, and Adobe Experience Cloud integrations (AEM, Workfront

Fusion, AJO or equivalent experience).

 Cloud & DevOps Savvy: AWS/Azure/GCP, containerization

(Docker/Kubernetes), and CI/CD tooling (GitLab, Jenkins, etc.).

 Strong communicator: You translate complex AI concepts for both engineers

and executives and guide customers through technical decisions aligned to

business objectives.

 Customer-Centricity: Always prioritizing the customer and their needs and

Job Role- Scrum Master

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Scrum Master to join our organization. The ideal candidate will have at least 8-10 years of overall experience which should include at least 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master, an excellent practical understanding of agile practices, principles, and framework and great people manager. The successful candidate will be a self-starter with excellent communication skills and a track record of delivering successful projects.

What you’ll be doing:

 Plan and coordinate all aspects of projects/sprints from initiation through delivery

 Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives and refinements

 Coach and mentor team members on Agile methodologies and best practices

 Collaborate with multiple internal and external stakeholders for plan and prioritize backlog for upcoming releases and iterations

 Manage conflicts and facilitate problem-solving within the Agile teams

 Facilitate team progress by addressing and removing any blockers and proactively managing project delivery risks and issues

 Prepare project status reports and communicate progress to stakeholders

 Monitor team performance, velocity and sprint sizing and identify areas for improvement

What you’ll bring:

 Minimum 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master and experience in managing large and complex agile projects

 Extensive knowledge of Agile project management standards, processes, procedures, and guidelines

 Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as the definition of done, user stories, and backlog refinement)

 Expertise in Scrum & Kanban model

 Ability to motivate and inspire team members

 Experience working with distributed teams and stakeholders  Strong knowledge of project management tools and techniques, specifically Clickup,Jira and Confluence

1. Generate qualified opportunities for the company by rigorously prospecting and researching in the given region/ market/ industry. Information about MEDDIC is a plus

• Design and develop high-volume, low-latency applications for mission-critical systems, delivering high-availability and performance.

• Ensure the interests of the organization are protected by designing, drafting & vetting various internal and external legal policies and systems like vendor services agreement/NDAs/channel partner agreements, terms of services agreement/referral agreements/collaboration agreements/joint marketing agreements/MoUs/consulting agreements / employment agreement, employment exit agreement, and department undertakings & policies.
• Helping various teams understand the rules and principles of law in simple language.
• Identify discrepancies, escalation mechanisms and managing remediation exercises;
• Entering and managing data from standardized or negotiated agreements into internal systems and assisting in the maintenance of databases.

• EDUCATION & CERTIFICATION- Relevant degree or Masters/ Bachelors in Business / Corporate Law / IP Law.
• SOFTWARE & APPLICATIONS- Tech-savvy with good knowledge of MS Office, G Suite, can adapt to other technologies very quickly.
