Role & Responsibilities

• Experience 3-4 years (GB03), 5 years (GB04)
• Product design and UX research background with understanding of software development, retail services, and branding
• Must have developed ecosystem maps or service blueprints in different products
• Must have knowledge related to system architecture (either built or designed)
• Education can be bachelor of technology or design; certifications from renowned institutes on Service Design (SDN or NNg UX research certificate). UK institutes offer Masters in Service Design, as well as certificate programs from IITs.
• Good to have is research/awards in service design or service innovation, work as a service designer with early-stage startup

Ideal Candidate

• Strong Service Design /Customer (user) Experience Design profile
• Mandatory (Experience1) - Must have 3+ YOE in Service Design (Customer Experience Design) across Products/Services with strong experience of end-to-end service thinking (beyond just UI/UX)
• Mandatory (Experience 2) - Must have hands-on experience in creating service blueprints, ecosystem maps, and customer journey maps across multiple products or services
• Mandatory (Experience 3) - Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, retail/service ecosystems, with branding and experience consistency principles
• Mandatory (Experience 4) - Must have working knowledge of system architecture (designed or collaborated closely with engineering teams)
• Mandatory (Portfolio) - Strong portfolio showcasing service design projects, including problem framing, research insights, blueprinting, and implementation impact

Your role

• Test web and mobile applications end to end across devices and browsers

• Create and maintain test cases, test scenarios, and test reports

• Perform functional, regression, UI, usability, and compatibility testing

• Identify, document, and track bugs with clear steps to reproduce

• Verify fixes and validate builds before go-live

• Automate test cases using tools like Selenium or similar frameworks

• Maintain and review automated test scripts and ensure they run reliably

• Collaborate with developers and product to improve quality and user experience

• Validate API responses using Postman and automate API tests where needed

What we expect

• Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and the defect lifecycle

• Ability to write clear, structured test cases and detailed bug reports

• Experience in manual testing of web or mobile applications

• Basic to intermediate experience in automation testing using Selenium, Playwright, or similar tools

• Familiarity with bug tracking tools such as Jira or Trello

• Understanding of API testing using Postman

• 0 to 4 years of QA experience in manual and basic automation
