
Lead Generation & Community Marketing Manager (Part-Time only)
We are hiring a Lead Generation & Community Marketing Manager to focus on B2B pipeline building, lead warming, and community growth. This is not a digital marketing or content posting role — it is about driving qualified leads, building partnerships, and growing engaged communities. This is a high-leverage role where you will be expected to use AI agents and custom GPT workflows to streamline lead generation, outreach, and community growth. We’re looking for someone who embraces automation and can work smarter, not just harder. The candidate should be able to dedicate 30 hrs/week.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Qualification
- Research and identify B2B prospects across LinkedIn, email lists, and niche forums.
- Use lead generation tools (Apollo, Instantly, Hunter, Clay, etc.) to build and segment prospect databases.
- Leverage AI agents and custom GPT workflows to automate prospect research, email drafting, lead scoring, and data enrichment.
- Run targeted outbound campaigns via email and social channels to generate qualified leads.
- Maintain an active pipeline of potential partners and referral sources.
- Lead Warming & Partnerships
- Initiate conversations with leads by pitching partnership opportunities, co-marketing, or platform benefits.
- Develop personalized outreach cadences to warm up cold leads into active prospects.
- Build and manage relationships with influencers, affiliate partners, and ecosystem players.
- Secure collaboration slots (podcasts, webinars, community features) to extend brand reach.
- Community Growth & Engagement
- Build, manage, and grow communities across WhatsApp, Slack, Telegram, Reddit, and LinkedIn.
- Curate discussions, share product updates, and encourage meaningful participation.
- Drive visibility in product/startup forums (e.g., Reddit, Product Hunt, Hacker News).
- Use AI-driven tools to identify trending discussions, draft community engagement responses, and maintain consistent participation at scale.
- Foster loyalty by turning these communities into trusted spaces for career and product conversations.
Required Skills & Attributes
- Experience: 2–5 years in lead generation, community marketing, or growth roles.
- Tools: Hands-on with lead-gen tools (Apollo, Instantly, Hunter, Clay) and CRM/email platforms (Instantly, HubSpot).
- Community: Demonstrated ability to build and grow active online groups (Slack, Reddit, Telegram, etc.).
- Communication: Strong written and verbal skills; persuasive in outreach and partnerships.
- Execution: Self-starter who can manage multiple outreach and community initiatives independently.
- Commitment: 4–5 hours per business day + Saturday; punctual and accountable for deliverables.
- AI Fluency: Comfortable using AI agents (e.g., custom GPTs, Clay, Apollo AI, Instantly AI) to speed up prospecting, outreach, and engagement.
- Productivity Mindset: Ability to integrate AI into daily workflows to deliver results faster without sacrificing quality.
