Job Description: Full Stack Developer 

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer with a minimum of 3+ years of hands-on experience in building modern web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in React and/or Flutter on the frontend, backed by Java based backend development, and the ability to work across the full software delivery lifecycle.

This role requires a pragmatic engineer who can translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable solutions while collaborating effectively with product, QA, and DevOps teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications with responsive web and/or cross platform mobile interfaces
• Build and optimize frontend components using React and/or Flutter with a focus on performance and usability
• Develop backend services and APIs using Java (Spring / Spring Boot preferred)
• Integrate frontend applications with backend services via RESTful APIs
• Write clean, well structured, and testable code following best practices
• Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical decision-making
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues across the stack
• Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and other engineers
• Support deployments and work with DevOps pipelines where required

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer
• Strong experience with React and/or Flutter
• Solid backend development experience using Java
• Experience building REST APIs and integrating frontend with backend services
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frontend tooling
• Familiarity with relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and basic query optimization
• Experience with Git and collaborative development workflows
• Understanding of application security, authentication, and authorization concepts

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Spring Boot, Hibernate/JPA
• Exposure to Node.js or Angular
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred)
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and containerization (Docker)
• Experience building offline capable or mobile first applications
• Prior work in enterprise or product based environments

Soft Skills

Experience Level

• 3+ years of relevant full stack development experience

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• A Master’s degree or equivalent exper

• B.Tech/BCA/MCA or M.Tech
• Experience into Javascript (Node.js, Angular.js/React.js)
• Experience representing work to a broader product team and other leaders, clearly and succintly articulating the goals and concepts

• Deep knowledge in designing and developing C# .NET based Web applications (MVC, Web APIs).
• Design, develop, update and maintain product
• Proficiency in managing SQL Databases and writing optimised queries.
• Should be able to work independently on a project
• Experience in at least one of the frond-end frameworks - jQuery / Angular / VueJS / Etc..

• Knowledge on AWS or Azure or similar cloud environment knowledge is nice to have
• SaaS based Product development experience is an advantage
• Knowledge in Azure Functions or AWS Lambda is good to have

• Communicate with clients via phone / e-mail for requirement discussions, implementations & support.

Role: Mentor for MERN stack

We are currently looking for Node js Developer, open for Freelance / Part-time opportunities.

We need a software developers who have hands-on experience in MERN stack.

What we expect from you:

-You will provide mentor-ship to a small batch of students (3-5) who are preparing for an entry level job in tech.

-We require you to don the hat of a senior software developer to do the code review of our students which will include activities like reading their code, correcting their syntax errors, helping them solve the logical flaws, and ensuring that their code is up to industry standards.

Skills required:

- Node js | MongoDB | Django are required

- Redis and Data Structure Algorithm knowledge is desirable
