Sales Development Representative

As an SDR, you will be the first point of contact for potential partners and customers. You will be responsible for outbound prospecting, cold outreach, lead qualification, and scheduling product demos. Your success will be measured by your ability to build strong partnerships with Shopify Service Agencies and generate qualified opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and identify Shopify agencies and D2C brands that align with our ideal customer profile.
• Conduct outbound prospecting via LinkedIn, email, and cold calling to engage potential partners and merchants.
• Build and nurture relationships with Shopify agencies to establish co-marketing and referral partnerships.
• Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and schedule product demo calls with the founders.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to refine messaging and outreach strategies.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and the Shopify ecosystem.

What We’re Looking For:

• 1+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role (experience with Shopify, eCommerce, or SaaS is a plus).
• Strong communication skills—both written and verbal.
• Ability to handle objections and remain persistent without being pushy.
• Experience with LinkedIn prospecting, cold calling, and email outreach.
