Oversee day-to-day sales operations and ensure smooth, structured, and timely execution of sales activities. • Develop daily, weekly, and monthly work plans for the sales team, clearly defining priorities, activities, targets, and expected outcomes. • Plan and allocate team activities based on business priorities, workload, individual capabilities, and sales requirements. • Monitor execution against planned activities and proactively address delays, gaps, and productivity issues. • Ensure every team member has clearly defined responsibilities, targets, priorities, and timelines. • Use Project Management tool to effectively for assigning, tracking, and monitoring tasks across team members. • Build a culture of ownership, accountability, timely execution, and measurable performance. 

• Financial Reporting
• Preparation of monthly standalone and consolidated financial statements.
• Coordination with group entities for timely submission of monthly compliance requirements.
• Preparation of monthly expense variance analysis and reporting to management.
• Compliance & Audit
• Addressing monthly requirements of Adani Group and other stakeholders.
• Coordinating with statutory auditors / Internal Auditors for quarterly closures and ensuring timely completion.
• Performing quarterly 26AS reconciliation with books of accounts.
• Fixed Assets & Banking
• Managing and reviewing the consolidated fixed assets register, including monthly computation and reconciliation.
• Handling monthly banking requirements related to company financiers and ensuring smooth liaison with banks.
• General Responsibilities
• Supporting management in ad-hoc requirements related to finance, accounting, and compliance.
• Assisting in process improvements, system enhancements, and strengthening internal controls.

Job description for Production Engineer

Production Engineer manages shifts, production supervisors and all operators &

ensures smooth running of the production process, organising & monitoring work-

flow.

Roles & Responsibilities:

 Completes production plan by scheduling and assigning personnel;

accomplishing work results; establishing priorities; monitoring progress;

revising schedules; resolving problems; reporting results of the shift

production summaries;

 Supervising the manufacturing processes, ensuring quality work is done in a

safe, efficient manner;

 Diagnosing problems in the production line and providing solutions;

 Ensures that all products are produced as per Customer's specifications;

 Ensures targets and deadlines are met as per Work Orders;

 Attending to minor breakdowns of machines;

 To maintain all Company machines/equipment so as to obtain optimal

performance; evaluate new equipment and techniques;

 Ensures all operators & contract staffs comply with health & safety

procedures;

 Manage, develop, and motivate direct reporting employees;

 Monitor, measure, and report on production-related process performance, and

general issues; update daily production reports;

 Use Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills to ensure that all employees

can identify root causes and take fast corrective and preventive action to

resolve the problems at hand;

 Keeping abreast of advancements in engineering and production, and sharing

knowledge with co-workers.

 Identifying, documenting, and reporting unsafe practices.

 To work closely with other production supervisors to ensure production

handovers are smooth & effective;
