Key Responsibilities:
- Define and implement quality metrics for monitoring training delivery effectiveness.
- Conduct audits of pre-training and post-training documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Review trainer credentials to ensure compliance with internal and client-specific requirements.
- Maintain and update compliance checklists aligned with regulatory or contractual obligations.
- Track participant and client feedback, analyze trends, and flag quality issues for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to implement corrective and preventive actions as needed.
- Assist in aligning processes with ISO, GDPR, or other relevant compliance standards.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in quality assurance or training compliance roles.
- Strong documentation, analytical, and process management skills.
- Familiarity with quality frameworks and compliance regulations (e.g., ISO standards, GDPR, etc.) is a strong plus.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders across departments.
- Experience in the Learning & Development or EdTech industry is preferred.
