Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Node.js / Backend Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Node.js, Nest.js, relational and NoSQL databases, and AWS cloud services.

You will work closely with frontend developers, DevOps, and product teams to deliver secure, high-performance, and reliable backend solutions.

Mandatory Skills : Node.js, Nest.js, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, AWS, REST API development, strong backend fundamentals.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Node.js & Nest.js

• Build and manage RESTful APIs and backend services

• Work with MongoDB and PostgreSQL for efficient data storage and retrieval

• Develop cloud-ready applications and deploy them on AWS

• Ensure application performance, security, and scalability

• Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code

• Participate in code reviews and follow best engineering practices

• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing applications

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for end-to-end delivery

Required Skills & Qualifications :

• 4+ years of experience in Backend / Node.js development

• Strong hands-on experience with Node.js and Nest.js

• Experience working with MongoDB and PostgreSQL

• Good understanding of AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, etc.)

• Experience building RESTful APIs

• Understanding of backend architecture, design patterns, and best practices

• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills

• Familiarity with version control systems (Git)

Good-to-Have Skills :

• Experience with microservices architecture

• Knowledge of Docker and CI/CD pipelines

• Exposure to message queues or event-driven systems

• Basic understanding of frontend-backend integration

●      2+ Years of experience of Android native development with Java and Kotlin

●      Experience in Android Studio IDE and tools like Android Device Monitor, Logcat

●      Hands-on experience on MVVM architecture pattern

●      Solid experience/understanding of OOPS concepts and Design patterns.

●      Knowledge on cross platforms like Flutter, React Native is an added advantage

●      Thorough knowledge of Android APIs and platform capabilities (location-based capabilities within apps)

●      Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning

●      Proven knowledge of Android UI design principals, patterns, and best practices

●      Experience with publishing applications on Google Play Store and app signing process

●      Expertise in payment gateway and social media integration

●      Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git

●      Familiarity with CI/CD

●      Provide technical leadership and functional help working closely with team members

●      Design, implement and maintain application within all phases of the software development life cycle (SDLC) on Microsoft Azure (or AWS)

●      Independently carry out the activities without much of guidance

●      Create, understand, and validate design and estimates and be able to justify them

●      Applies knowledge of principles and techniques to solve technical problems.

• Help the product owner groom the product backlog by considering purpose, prioritizing the stories,
• organizing the stories, splitting epics into user stories, and ensuring a complete description of the
• solution.
• Studies the software application domain, prepares software requirements, and specification
• (Software Requirements Specification) documents.
• Works with the stakeholders to analyze and document business processes for the system to be
• developed
• Perform actual analysis on requirements to consider all scenarios/exceptions that may occur
• Determine functional requirements and features and prepare a wireframe for user interface screen
• Advise the product owner and coach the team, as well as other business analysis considerations
• Communicates with both the developers and stakeholders in such a manner until the project ends.
• Co-facilitate trainings/workshops client-side.

We are looking for a React Native developer interested in building performant mobile apps on both the iOS and Android platforms. You will be responsible for architecting and building these applications, as well as coordinating with the teams responsible for other layers of the product infrastructure. Building a product is a highly collaborative effort, and as such, a strong team player with a commitment to perfection is required.

Responsibilities
Build pixel-perfect, buttery smooth UIs across both mobile platforms.
Leverage native APIs for deep integrations with both platforms.
Diagnose and fix bugs and performance bottlenecks for performance that feels native.
Reach out to the open-source community to encourage and help implement mission-critical software fixes—React Native moves fast and often breaks things.
Maintain code and write automated tests to ensure the product is of the highest quality.
Transition existing React web apps to React Native.

Skills
Firm grasp of the JavaScript, TypeScript, ClojureScript language and its nuances, including ES6+ syntax Knowledge of functional or object-oriented programming
Ability to write well-documented, clean Javascript code
Rock-solid at working with third-party dependencies and debugging dependency conflicts
Familiarity with native build tools, like XCode, Gradle Android Studio, IntelliJ
Understanding of REST APIs, the document request model, and offline storage
Experience with automated testing suites, like Jest or Mocha
