We’re looking for a Graphic & Visual Design Intern who is eager to learn, detail-oriented, adaptable, and excited about building cohesive brand visuals across platforms.

What You’ll Do

• Design engaging graphics for social media, campaigns, and marketing collaterals

• Create visual assets for the website, including banners, sections, and UI elements

• Assist the team with web design visuals to enhance overall user experience

• Adapt designs across formats, platforms, and evolving requirements

• Maintain consistency in brand language while responding to changing needs

• Collaborate with designers and content teams to bring ideas to life

Responsibilities

Data associates play a critical role and work on various data or content-focused projects across the organisation. The role is work from home, with a monthly in-person meet up with other team members in local region. 

• Analyze large set of unstructured data, extract insights and store in data management systems.
• Research, gather, write informational news articles and stories
• Categorize entities based on a set of rules and gained knowledge and experience, dashboard information, and validation with proprietary algorithms and data-driven heuristics.
• Analyze the market (including competitors) and ensure a rich level of data quality across all products and platforms across.
• Complete ad hoc data retrieval and analysis using relational databases, Excel and other data management systems.
• Monitor existing metrics as well as develop and propose new metrics to make actionable intelligence available to business stakeholders.
• Support cross-functional teams on the day-to-day execution of projects and initiatives.
• Communicate insights to key stakeholders.

Requirements

• Preferred: Bachelors in Engineering or Science.
• GPA of 8+ or an overall score of 80%+.

Job Description

India Leaders for Social Sector (ILSS) is a nonprofit that aims to be India's preeminent leadership development organization for the social sector. We aim to strengthen the social sector through talent infusion and upskilling programs, in order to create catalytic impact at scale.



Overview:

In order to achieve the mission, ILSS has a 2 pronged approach:

- Bringing talent from across sectors into leadership and board positions in the social sector

- Running research-backed skill building programs in key domains for the social sector leaders

- Since 2017, ILSS has run successful programs like:



17 hybrid (in-person and online) Leadership Programs, designed to enable senior leaders from various sectors to make informed transitions into the social sector. The program currently has 350+ Alumni out of which 100+ have already transitioned to the social sector.

• The Fundraising Program with over 200+ Alumni, and growing
• The Board Program for CXOs in the corporate sector to serve as board members for social impact organizations
• The Emerging Women Leaders Program that focuses on catalyzing the impact of women leaders in mid-to-senior level social sector positions.
• Social purpose organization(SPO) Governance program focused on empowering SPO leaders to help them build or strengthen effective boards.



ILSS is aiming to launch 12 new programs in the next 6 years.

Position Summary:

ILSS is looking to hire a Director to lead the Sales & Outreach vertical. The role would be responsible for building relationships within corporates as well as leading social sector organizations and achieving target intake of high quality candidates for various programs.

• Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve targets for trained numbers across programs and expand our customer base
• Sensitize senior corporate leaders about social sector awareness. Position Own and hit/exceed annual targets for all training programs
• Partner with customers (Corporates and Social Sector Organizations) to understand their business needs and objectives
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with target organizations
• Effectively communicate the value proposition of ILSS programs through proposals and presentations to the leadership of target organizations (Top CSRs, top 1000 NGOs) and position as their partner of choice for capacity building

Required qualifications, skills and experience

- 15+ years of experience in sales and outreach in a B2B environment, preferably in higher education

- Previous experience as a sales director or in a similar role

- Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level

- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close

- Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services

- Proven ability to position products against competitors

- Demonstrable experience as head of sales, developing client-focused, differentiated solutions

- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Strong project management skills managing complex, multifaceted projects resulting in measurable successes.

- Experience in building/leading a small team

- MBA in sales or related field



Compensation

Depending on the candidate's experience, ILSS offers compensation that is at par with Indian philanthropy pay scales.

• Minimum 3-4 years of experience with ETL tools, SQL, SSAS & SSIS
• Good understanding of Data Governance, including Master Data Management (MDM) and Data Quality tools and processes
• Knowledge of programming languages eg. JASON, Python, R
• Hands on experience of SQL database design

• Responsible for planning and executing SAP Implementation / Development / Support activities regarding SAP Finance and Controlling (FI-CO) specifically in the Treasury module.
• Understand client requirements, provide solutions, functional specifications and configure the system accordingly.
• Ability to create presentation/workshop decks for Blueprint that need to be conveyed and be able to present them to the client.
• Ability to create Process Flows in Microsoft Visio’s for the client’s proposed business processes.
• Ability to create Process Definition Document / Design Document (PDD), Business Design Documents (BDD) and Business Process Procedure (BPP) for the solutions provided.
• Ability to configure SAP FI-CO (Finance and Controlling) Treasury module and deliver work products / packages conforming to the Client's Standards & Requirements.
• Strong configuration hands on experience in FI - Treasury module.
• Integration of the FI-Treasury module with other SAP modules and with external applications.
• In addition to the above the candidate should have been involved in the following during the life cycle of SAP implementation:
• Unit Testing, Cycle Testing

• Exposure to ASAP and other structured implementation methodologies

Skills/Experience Requirements:

• 3 to 6 years of functional domain experience and 3 to 6 years of working on the FI-CO module in SAP implementation projects
• Minimum one end-end implementation experience in version 4.7 upwards. ECC 6 would be a plus
• Hands on experience in configuring / defining the following in the FI-Treasury module:
• Cash Management
• Cash Position
• Liquidity forecast
• Fixed Term deposits
• Forward rate agreement
• Trading with fixed & variable bonds & stocks
• Cross currency interest swap
• Creation, Execution, Processing, Posting & settlement of the above orders
• Should have good written and oral communication skills
• Must be a good team player
• Familiarity on the basic business processes with the following

• SAP FI - GL/AP/AR/AA
• SAP CO - CC/PA/IO

NICE TO HAVE

• SAP Certification on FI-Treasury Module
• Used Solution Manager in the implementation
• Worked on integration with other ECC modules
• Training / Awareness on Net Weaver Components
