Position - News Editor

We are looking for a passionate News editor to join our editorial team and add flavor to the news articles. Every day, the role would include coordinating with an enthusiastic team of web3 experts in drafting articles that resonate with the target audience.

Experience: 4+ years of experience.

Roles and responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the daily operations of the newsroom, ensuring the timely publication of news articles.
• Helping and assisting the digital marketing team in framing content strategies.
• Source, assign, and review news articles, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and adherence to editorial guidelines.
• Monitor industry trends, breaking news, and regulatory updates to ensure comprehensive coverage.
• Collaborate with the social media and multimedia teams to enhance content distribution.
• Manage newsroom workflows, set deadlines, and provide editorial direction to the team.
• Conduct meticulous final checks to catch any errors, inaccuracies, or formatting issues.
• Collaborate with writers to address feedback and make necessary revisions.
• Utilize content management systems (CMS) to publish and schedule articles and multimedia content.

Note:-

Preference

• Experience in working with a team of journalists or any news media platform related to fintech.
• Experience in finding and fetching trending news using social media channels like Twitter, Reddit, Telegram, and other open-source platforms.
• Exposure to modern technologies like AI, blockchain, and Web3.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Journalism, English, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an editor in a crypto media platform.
• Exceptional command of the English language, with strong writing and editing skills.
• Proficiency in using content management systems (CMS).

• Can architect UI systems and has a well-honed understanding of the strengths and weaknesses of different frameworks.
• Cherishes the craft of an experience getting to perfect pixels, creating animations with just the right springs, investing in loading performance.
• Is familiar with React, Node. JS, NoSQL databases like Firebase, and AWS.
• Collaborates actively with designers, product managers, product scientists, and other engineers.

• Engaging with multiple people through various social media platforms and getting backlinks.
• Getting high traffic by bookmarking web pages and blogs. Creating backlinks through various blog directory submissions.
• Keep up with search technology trends and recommend changes and updates accordingly will be responsible for On-Page Optimization, Off-Page Optimization,
• Social Media Optimization, Link Building Techniques
• Continuously monitor SEO status of assigned websites for opportunities and updates SEO experience will include excellent knowledge of search engine technology
• Develop, execute and maintain link building activities
• Take part in submissions across the web Directories and articles, directories, social bookmarking, blog, and forum Submission to increase link popularity for websites and other SEO-related activities.

Skills required for the role:

• Candidate must generate backlinks on a daily basis using good PR & amp; DA websites
• The candidate is expected to generate 150-200 backlinks in a day
• The candidate must be very enthusiastic about Off-page link building techniques
• Candidate must be up-to-date with new techniques coming in the market and accordingly use those methods for our clients
• Candidates must find out new websites for link generation on a daily basis
• The candidate will be responsible for improving the ranking of the website by using Off-Page techniques

Job Description:

• Programming and optimizing rust / wasm based smart contracts
• Design, research and develop blockchain-based solutions
• Developing decentralized high-performance systems
• Building reliable and fast data storages
• Working with virtual machines used by modern blockchains: WebAssembly, EVM, COSMWASM
• Implementing consensus algorithms and other protocols
• Security audits of third-party and internal solutions
• Establishing policies and procedures that produce secure, high-quality software
• Write and review technical proposals
• Improve engineering standards, tooling, and processes
• Coding with concurrency, efficiency and scalability as primary motive
• Document systems, build runbooks, and automate those processes
• Being hands on by writing, testing, and deploying high-performance networking code
• Rigor on clean code, unit testing, code coverage and best practices
• Developing infrastructure software
• Supporting and Leading the team of junior developers.

Required qualifications:

3+ years experience in developing smart contracts, 2.5+ years of experience in Rust, willingness to learn on the go, ability to write clean code, a strong sense of responsibility.

Tech Stack:

Rust, cargo, git, linux, bash, ability to work with Docker.

Nice to have:

cryptography and system software development experience,understanding of design patterns, understanding of operating systems and networks, ability to design algorithms and mathematical models.
