We are looking for an experienced Lead Java Developer to join our team and take a leadership role in driving the design, development, and delivery of highquality software solutions. A Senior Java Lead Developer will be responsible for leading a team of developers, providing technical guidance, and ensuring the successful execution of projects. Should have a strong background in Java development, excellent leadership skills, and a track record of delivering complex software projects on time. System Architect: Should have Architect the system before for a large scale solution Understanding of various java design pattern and use the pattern which is more appropriate Understanding of various micro-service design pattern and use the pattern which is more appropriate Has worked on DDD with CQRS Has designed solution for multi tenant application. Technical skills: Used latest version of java and good understanding of it Skilled in spring boot, spring MVC Basic Skill: 10+ years of experience in development. Good communication skills in English. Testing: Skilled in using Junit Security: Good understanding of application security Understanding of DDOS and best practice for that Good understanding of rate limiting API Good understanding about spring security or any thing better Database: Great understanding of MySQL Experience in extensively using hibernate Debugging: Understanding about Logging Skilled in debugging production issue

Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver scalable web services, APIs and backend data modules.
• Understand requirements and develop reusable code using design patterns & component architecture and write unit test cases
• Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to elicit and understand the requirements and develop solutions
• Stay current with latest tools, technology ideas and methodologies; share knowledge by clearly articulating results and ideas to key decision makers.

Required Qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience writing multithreaded programs running in Java
• Experience on Java, Spring Boot,, Apache Nifi ,  workingDocker, EKS, Azkaban, Jenkins
• Experience with Git and build tools like Gradle/Maven/SBT.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented design, data structures, algorithms, profiling, and optimization.
• Have elegant, readable, maintainable and extensible code style.
• Experience on AWS is preferable
• Knowledge on top algorithms like sorting, heap/stack, queue, search, etc.
• Familiarity with test-driven development
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment, with ability to deliver code of quality quickly.
• Attention to details. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• BS in Computer Science or equivalent

Job Responsibilities

What you bring to the table

• Education: Bachelor's degree in IT, computer science or related
• Experience: 5-9 years of relevant experience for SSE role
• Exposure to microservices, API management tools like Swagger
• Must have experience in working on Agile Scrum teams in the past and exposure to any of the Agile project management tools like Jira, Mingle, RTC, TFS etc.
• Proficient in application log analysis.
• Experience Java/JEE Development - especially EJB 2.1 / 3.0, JDBC
• Experience with application servers such as JBoss AS or IBM WAS is an advantage
• Experience in SQL programing using PostgreSQL / MySQL /Maria DB and JPA (Annotation Based)

• Industry knowledge with respect to payments systems and processing in the Debit/Credit and Account based payments (EFT Switching) from different channels like POS, ATM or ecommerce, Card Management System and Real Time Payment Systems.
• Exposure to the Interchange Interfaces like Visa Net, MasterCard, BankNet
• Exposure to Interchange Simulators and Mandates Management.
