Job Description

• Design technical specifications for RPA (Blue Prism) that meets the requirements and handled all the non functional requirements of concurrency, scalability, security requirements, restart and recovery.
• Develops and configures automation processes as per the technical design document to meet the defined requirements. Works on the coding the more complicated automations or reusable components, and delegates and mentors junior developers for the less complex components.
• Develops new processes/tasks/objects using core workflow principles that are efficient, well structured, maintainable and easy to understand.
• Complies with and helps to enforce design and coding standards, policies and procedures.
• Ensures documentation is well maintained.
• Ensures quality of coded components by performing thorough unit testing.
• Works collaboratively with test teams during the Product test and UAT phases to fix assigned bugs with quality.
• Reports status, issues and risks to tech leads on a regular basis
• Improves skills in automation products by completing automation certification.
• Mentors junior developers and performs code reviews for quality control.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in Engineering / Computer Science

Additional Information

•  5- 8 years of IT experience and having good understanding of programming concepts.  Should be from a programming background on any coding language (.Net, Java).
• Working experience in RPA for a minimum of 2 years and having project experience of a minimum 3 RPA implementations.
• Understands development methodology and lifecycle
• Should be trained on RPA tools (Blue Prism).
• Self-motivated, team player, action and results oriented.
• Well organized, good communication and reporting skills.

Position Title: Technical Lead

• As a Technical Lead, you will be part of our elite team of engineers and will be responsible for designing and developing high-volume, low-latency applications for mission-critical systems and delivering high-availability and performance.

• Contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle while writing well designed, testable,

efficient code and ensure designs are in compliance with specifications. • Prepare and produce releases of software components.

• Support continuous improvement by investigating, alternatives and technologies and presenting these for architectural review experience in Core Java, Spring, Hibernate, Restful Web Services and design patterns.

Primary/Technical skills: . Leadership . Excellent written and verbal communication skills. . Secondary Skills: · Exposure to Linux environment would be an added advantage. · Agile / Scrum Development Experience preferred. · Comfortable working with a microservice architecture and familiar with NoSQL solutions. · Experience in Test Driven Development. · Good analytical, grasping, and problem-solving skills. · Excellent written and verbal communication skills. · Hands-on skills in configuration, use & troubleshooting of popular IDEs, Build tools. · Good knowledge of testing frameworks such as JUnit. · Good knowledge of coding standards, source code organization and packaging/deploying. · Good knowledge of current / emerging technologies and trends.

• Work on world-class solutions to deliver industry's leading Cloud operations management
• Develop system architecture, design and build platform services for scalable, resilient, multi-tenant Cloud SaaS. Examples of work include:
• Writing microservices based distributed applications
• Designing REST APIs for backend services
• Develop user-interface for our SaaS
• Handle cross-cutting microservices concerns such as externalizing configuration, logging, health checks, metrics, distributed tracing
• Work with customers, partners, and business leaders to architect solutions for Cloud Operations

• Has significant (3+ years) experience developing and deploying Cloud services for a large scale software projects on public clouds (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Has hands-on experience building multi-tenant SaaS solutions on public clouds (AWS)
• Strong experience with React, NodeJS, Java, GO, Python
• Has expertise with microservices, infrastructure as code (IaC), continuous integration/delivery (CI/CD), etc.
• Has experience working with containerization, cluster orchestration, or infrastructure management frameworks (such as Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform)
• Basic knowledge of AWS security (IAM, Cognito)
• Knowledge of good engineering practices and agile culture
• Takes initiative in a fast-paced environment
• 100% hands-on and loves to code

• Experience with Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Jaeger, etc.
• AWS certification
