We are looking for a passionate Team Lead with 8+ years of experience to tackle some of the most meaningful problems in the recruitment space. You'll be at the forefront of building AI agents to transform recruitment workflows, designing next-generation candidate experiences, and revolutionizing how enterprises manage their hiring processes.

As Team Lead, you'll guide development efforts toward successful project delivery while providing technical coaching and mentorship to your team. Your leadership will be crucial in maintaining high standards of software quality and identifying areas for growth and improvement within your team.

Your code will have millions of eyeballs from 200 countries right from Azerbaijan to Australia and closer to home, you will help hire from Jhumritalaiya to Jammu.

Key Responsibilities

* Guide team development efforts towards successful project delivery

* Provide technical leadership to teammates through coaching and mentorship

* Maintain high standards of software quality within the team by establishing good practices and habits

* Identify and encourage areas for growth and improvement within the team

* Collaborate with other software developers, business analysts, and software architects to plan, design, develop, test, and maintain web and desktop-based business applications

* Assist in the collection and documentation of user requirements, development of user stories, estimates, and work plans

* Design and implement scalable architecture to support data-intensive applications

* Oversee the deployment of applications to cloud providers like AWS or GCP

Requirements

* 8+ years of experience developing software on a Java/J2EE and relational database stack

* Proven experience in leading technical teams and mentoring junior developers

* Strong expertise in designing scalable architecture to support data-intensive applications

* Mastery of technologies including Spring, Hibernate, SQL, and REST to design microservices-based architecture

* Experience in setting up and deploying applications to cloud providers like AWS or GCP

* Ability to harness AI as an engineering assistant to improve productivity and code quality

Good to have

* Experience with frontend development - JavaScript frameworks like Backbone/Angular

* Data science experience - fetching data from multiple sources, modeling, and extracting information with familiarity in tooling, processing, and deployment (MongoDB, Hadoop, Mahout, Neo4j, etc.)

* Information security experience - OWASP Security principles and implementation

Role & Responsibilities:

• Handle multiple products/modules simultaneously, lead the team in development and support
• Lead development teams
• Daily updates to customers and Product Managers/Delivery Managers

Work Experience & Skills:

• B.E/B.Tech or any relevant Masters degree from reputed college.
• Strong 5+ years of experience in Java, J2EE, Spring IOC, Spring Annotations, Spring JDBC, Jquery, Java script, HTML 5 and CSS
• Strong experience in Postgres or any SQL technology
• Experience with working on Tomcat, Apache, JBoss or any similar application server
• Should have 3+ years of experience in leading team.
• Good experience in JSON / RESTful API / Web Services.
• Experience in working on Agile methodology using Scrum and sprints
• Experience in using build tools, Maven, GIT, Bugzilla or similar tools.
• Experience in cloud technologies, Microservices and frameworks such as AWS or GPC, container technologies like Docker is a plus.

• Min 5 years of software development experience, with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

Skills

• Strong knowledge of Go programming language, paradigms, constructs, and idioms
• Knowledge of common Goroutine and channel patterns

• Own the design, development, testing, deployment, and craftsmanship of the team’s infrastructure and systems capable of handling massive amounts of requests with high reliability and scalability

Requirements

• Must have design, development, testing, deployment of systems capable of handling massive amounts of requests with high reliability and scalability
• Must have strong command in writing production-level code in Java or Python including skills in debugging, performance analysis/optimization and memory usage optimization
• Must have worked with real-time web/mobile applications and event-driven architectures
• Must have experience working with relational and non-relational databases and understanding their data models and performance tradeoffs.
• Must have solid engineering principles and a clear understanding of data structures and algorithms
• Should have knowledge of service-oriented architecture, caching techniques, micro-services, and distributed systems

Desired Skills and Experience

Algorithms, debugging, performance optimization on low-end processors, data structures, REST, service-oriented architecture.

• Proficient in .NET technology preferred (C#) & MS SQL WWF/WCF/WPF.
• Proficiency in.NET Framework & NET Technology preferred (C#) is necessary.
• Knowledge and working experience in MS SQL2008,2012,2014
• Good understanding of object-oriented programming (OOPs).
• Expertise in designing and working with MVC architecture is necessary.

• Knowledge of security implications of web applications and have experience designing secure
  web applications.
• Ability to document all development related activities.
• Provide support for all Technical requirements to include problem identification, reporting, analysis and resolution.
• To work independently on Entire Architecture Design.
• Priority will be given having Experience in third Party Integration.
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Git / Mercurial / SVN
