Java / J2EE Developer

Requirements:

• Excellent knowledge of Core Java (J2SE) and J2EE technologies.
• Hands-on experience with RESTful services and API design is a must.
• Knowledge of microservices architecture is a must.
• Knowledge of design patterns is a must.
• Strong knowledge of Exception handling and logging mechanism is a must.
• Agile scrum participation experience. Work experience with several agile teams on an application built with microservices and event-based architectures to be deployed in hybrid (on-prem/cloud) environments.
• Good knowledge of Spring framework (MVC, Cloud, Data and Security. Etc) and ORM framework like JPA/Hibernate.
• Experience in managing the Source Code Base through Version Control tools like SVN, GitHub, Bitbucket, etc.

Roles and Responsibilities;-

• Include managing Java/Java EE application development while providing expertise in the full software development lifecycle, from concept and design to testing.
• Designing, developing and delivering high-volume, low-latency applications for mission-critical systems

• TC Configuration e.g., Preferences, ACL, Style sheets etc. 
• Good exposure to Teamcenter data model, Architecture, BMIDE etc.,

About Client : Our client is an American company that develops, manufactures and sells solar micro-inverters, energy generation monitoring software and battery energy storage products

The Back-End engineer will develop, maintain, architect & expand cloud microservices. Codebase uses Java, Spring Boot, Mongo, REST APIs, MySQL. Applications are dockerized and hosted in AWS using plethora of AWS services.

Key Responsibilities and Outcomes

• Programming in Java + Spring Boot
• REST API with JSON, XML etc. for data transfer
• Multiple database proficiency including SQL and NoSQL (Cassandra, MongoDB)
• Ability to develop both internal facing and external facing APIs using JWT and OAuth2.0
• Familiar with HA/DR, scalability, performance, code optimizations
• Experience with working with highly performance and throughput systems
• Ability to define, track and deliver items to ones own schedule

Minimum Qualifications
