Job Description – Technical Lead (Java Spring Boot + Angular)

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Lead with strong experience in Java Spring Boot and Angular to lead a team of developers for a client project based out of Whitefield, Bangalore. The role requires hands-on development, design, architecture understanding, code review, and team coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 9 developers and provide technical guidance.
• Perform hands-on development using Java, Spring Boot, Angular.
• Drive solution design, code quality, best practices, and performance optimization.
• Work closely with the client’s product owners and architects.
• Conduct code reviews, technical grooming, and sprint planning.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
• Ensure timely delivery of modules with high quality.
• Mentor team members and support them in solving technical blockers.

Technical Skills Required

• Strong expertise in Java 8+, Spring Boot, REST APIs.
• Strong front-end experience with Angular 8+, TypeScript, HTML, CSS.
• Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).
• Hands-on with Git, Maven/Gradle, Jenkins, CI/CD.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS) is an added advantage.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Soft Skills

Full Stack Developer (Dotnet & Angular)

• Develop web applications in C#, ASP.NET Core, ASP.NET MVC/WebAPI
• Design and develop backend APIs for complex custom business applications as per requirement
• Design and develop database schema, queries, stored procedures
• Develop frontend SPA using AngularJS/Angular 2+, API integration, Data binding
• Collaboration with developer team, Project managers to ideate software solutions
• Essential communication skills for customer conference calls and meetings

Full Stack Sr. Java Developer with competencies focused on :

1. Experience in the Java 8 , Spring boot , Struct etc.
2. Good Experience with AWS Cloud Platform and its related services.
3. CI/CD deployments using GitLab and Docker Containers etc.

Here are few responsibilities on the job:

- Gather & analyse requirements , design, develop , test and perform root cause analysis.

- Actively participate in technical brainstorming session for solution building

- Provide technical guidance to team members if needed.

- Develop and Support Application Integration requirements etc.

- Participate in code reviews and design sessions etc.

Must Haves skillset : Java 8, Spring Boot , Microservices and AWS ; Should have worked with Offshore , mentor and coach them to deliver.

Secondary / Nice To Have : Java Structs Framework , Angular JS, Aurora 

Responsibilities:

• Building and developing web application using Angular 2+, Node Js and Mongo DB
• Maintenance and support of existing application
• Problem solving, debugging and analytical skills
• Monitoring and deploying application on Microsoft Azure

Technical / Functional Skills:

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in Angular 2+, Node Js, Mongo DB and Microsoft Azure

• Strong experience in performance tuning of complex Mongo DB queries
• Good understanding of Typescript, JavaScript (ES6), CSS, HTML
• Experience in the contact center industry preferred
• Experience in using Git/Bitbucket or any version control tools
• Graduate in IT, Computer Science or similar relevant field preferred

Qualifications

Required Experience

• Love for Software and the Microsoft tech stack.
• 4+ years of experience with .NET, C#, ASP.NET, Microsoft Azure, etc
• Passion for upcoming tech; experience/tinkering with ASP.NET Core, Azure Cosmos DB, etc
• Basic SQL programming 
• Ability to work with client-side scripting languages; newer frameworks and paradigms such as React, Flutter or Angular
• 2+ years of experience developing large/complex application end-to-end

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Web Development is required.
• Strong middle-tier development (API's).
• Should be hands-on with the technical deliverables.
• Very strong software engineering - design, development and testing, experience.
• Good understanding of design / architectural patterns and automation platforms.
